Why the Owner Chose Oceanside
We chose Oceanside, CA and North Coast Village because of how GORGEOUS, manicured and well maintained this complex is, AND its location right ON the Beach. No streets to cross, no walking long distances, RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The Oceanside Beach is one of the largest, prettiest in San Diego. Walking to the Pier, or the Harbor with shops and restaurants, all so convenient. or you can spend the entire day at the complex with the gorgeous, LARGE pool and jacuzzi and tropical flowers everywhere--all year long! The management company does such an awesome job of maintaining the complex, it looks just like Hawaii without the LONG Long flight!
The Unique Benefits at this Beach Condominium
Unfortunately, we don't get to stay at our gorgeous condo very often as we have dogs, and the one rule at NCV, is no pets allowed : - ( Sorry not our rule!
However we have stayed a few times and have stayed long days at the condo and my family rents it every Christmas and we have spent the last two Christmas there with 10 people having dinner and hanging out and it was great!
The Jacuzzi and pool ROCK. Walking the beach down to the Pier is so fun. Being able to park your car in a secure underground parking space and then walk everywhere is so convenient and relaxing. Going on vacation where you have to drive everywhere and find parking or pay ridiculous fees, is not relaxing, this is. Park, FREE, underground (clean car) and off you go on foot.

Hello, We are Darren and Darla and this is Bella.(Baxter is the love of our life dog/son we lost a year ago). We are the owners of Baxter's Beach Bungalow B122 in wonderful, North Coast Village in the sunny town of Oceanside, CA. We run the entire booking/reservations/check in and maintenance of our one vacation rental. We are not a management company but the actual owners who give it that personal touch, including meeting you in person. We live in Carlsbad CA and have been renting our vacation rental for the last 3 summers and have enjoyed meeting many delightful people, from so many walks of life! Because we love to travel and stay in condos whenever we can, we have thought of everything that we want/need when we travel, and have included it in our vacation condo. (if we missed anything, please let us know!)
Once you've stayed in a vacation condo, you will never be happy with a hotel again!

Where do we start? Everything was so wonderful-you made our stay better then home! The accomodations were FOUR STAR. You thought of everything. We watched tv,used beach toys, kids loved the Boogie Boards. Georgie learned to surf! Next time we are in town we will be sure to reserve with you. Your decorating was wonderful. I hope everyone can see how much you have done to make this place perfect.
