Carpinteria is a wonderfully relaxing destination with a spectacular stretch of California coast bordering the town on one side and the majestic Santa Ynez Mountains bordering the other. The gradual slope of the sand, safe tidal conditions and ratings as one of the top U.S. beaches for water quality make it ideal for swimming, boogie boarding and kayaking.

The condo is fully furnished. It comes equipped with a full kitchen, a comfy living room with cable TV, DVD, stereo and CD player and a separate loft bedroom upstairs. It is a short walk walk to the salt marsh reserve bird estuary or the quaint shops and restaurants of downtown Carpinteria.

The condo is the perfect home base for exploring all that nearby Santa Barbara has to offer, or venturing into the beautiful Santa Ynez valley for a wine tasting excursion. For those who enjoy surfing, some of the best surfing conditions in California are just a few miles south at Rincon.
