Bonita Bay offers a haven of quiet beauty in the center of Southwest Florida. This 2400-acre, gated community provides many recreational opportunities.

There are four Parks that are available to you: Bonita Bay Beach Park, Estero Bay Park, Riverwalk Park and Spring Creek Park.

Bonita Bay Beach Park is a PRIVATE BEACH located on the Gulf of Mexico.

You may drive and park at the beach using your guest pass from April 31st through November 14th. You must take a shuttle from November 15th through April 30th. The other parks are located within the 2400-acre community. You may drive, bike or walk to the parks and enjoy the many amenities they provide.

Property is located right across the street from major shopping malls and great restaurants like Outback Steak House and Carrabba’s Italian Grill, close to Beaches, Golf and Fort Myers Airport.
