Two quaint, cozy cottages 200 feet from the coast.
Cottage at 1 Central Avenue, is a studio-style layout with a bedroom, bathroom/shower, built-in sitting/dining area and an efficency/kitchenette.Large deck with ocean and pond views. Great couples retreat.
Cottage at 3 Nichols is the larger one with a queen mattress sleeping loft, double bed (pull out couch in living room area), bathroom/shower, dining area and kitchen. Elevated deck. Great for small family or close friends.
Both have outside showers and there is a large, elavated lawn with a cast iron chimney/fireplace behind the cottages. Nice flowers and bushes. Quiet, private location, but good access to area restaurants, beaches and recreation. "One of the best spots in Narragansett"

- Cottages are on the southern tip of Rhode Island, near the Point Judith Lighthouse and Camp Cronin beach/break-wall area. Quiet location, yet walking/bicycle access to resturants, beaches and attractions. Some of the best shore fishing in the state.

- Kid Friendly: Familes with children have stayed there and we stay there with our fifteen month old daughter. However renters must make their own determination.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Cottage #3 sleeping loft not recommended for senior citizens.
