Two quaint, cozy cottages 200 feet from the ocean.
Cottage at 1 Central Avenue, is a studio-style layout with a queen bed, bathroom/shower, built-in sitting/dining area and an efficency/kitchenette.Large deck with ocean and pond views. Great couples retreat.
Cottage at 3 Nichols is the larger one with a queen mattress sleeping loft, double bed (pull out couch in living room area), bathroom/shower, dining area and kitchen. Elevated deck. Great for small family or close friends.
Both have outside showers and there is a large, elavated lawn with a cast iron chimney/fireplace behind the cottages. Nice flowers and bushes. Quiet, private location, but good access to area restaurants, beaches and recreation. "One of the best spots in Narragansett"
Fishing village and ferries to Block Island 2 nearby.
