Cottage #1 Bedroom - Narragansett Vacation Rental Two quaint, cozy cottages 200 feet from the coast. Cottage at 1 Central Avenue, is a studio-style layout with a bedroom, bathroom/shower, built-in sitting/dining area and an efficency/kitchenette.Large deck with ocean and pond views. Great couples retreat. Cottage at 3 Nichols is the larger one with a queen mattress sleeping loft, double bed (pull out couch in living room area), bathroom/shower, dining area and kitchen. Elevated deck. Great for small family or close friends. Both have outside showers and there is a large, elavated lawn with a cast iron chimney/fireplace behind the cottages. Nice flowers and bushes. Quiet, private location, but good access to area restaurants, beaches and recreation. "One of the best spots in Narragansett"
