The house overlooks the ocean from every room and is located on the tallest dune in Mantoloking. It has new central air conditioning, a deck perched at the edge of the dunes, a glorious private outdoor shower, and lots of space from neighbors.
Inside, the house is decorated in an informal style, with carpeted and tiled floors, beamed ceiling, original artwork, a stone fireplace and warm and airy sunporch. The house has a spread out floor plan that allows for privacy and flexibility. At the end of a long driveway, it is well back from the road. The property provides plenty of parking.
