This condo on beautiful East Bay in Traverse City has been completely renovated in 2007. It has all new furniture, matresses, linens, appliances, dishes and cookware. It is a two story condo with 1650 square feet of luxurious accommodations. The property is located just minutes from great dining, downtown Traverse City, world class golf courses, and is also near many desirable tourist attractions. Across the street from this condo is the T.A.R.T. trail which is very popular with walkers, bikers, runners, etc. and will soon extend all the way to Suttons Bay. There are also jet-ski and boat rentals that are available on the beach. Whether you are interested in recreation, sightseeing, or just relaxing and enjoying the water and views, this condo has it all.
There are three bedrooms in this property and nine people will sleep here comfortably. The huge master suite overlooks the bay and has a king-size bed, reading chair, walk in closet, an office with a fax and Wi-Fi internet access, and a 32 inch HD plasma screen television. There is also an attached bathroom with double sinks, natural stone floors and a large tile shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and a large closet. The second full bathroom is directly across the hall from this room. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids. It has a bunk bed, two day beds and a trundle. It also has a television and an attached half bath.
The kitchen and great room both overlook the bay through the floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and great for entertaining. There is a large island with two chairs and a dining table that seats eight. There are new Maytag appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The great room has two leather sofas, a 50 inch HD plasma television with surround sound, and a gorgeous stone fireplace.
This main level of the condo has stunning new wood floors. The great room leads out to the private deck that has a six person table with umbrella. There is also a stainless steel grill that is great for a barbeque while watching the sunset over the bay. This deck is also perfect to watch the children play in the warm waters of Traverse Bay or just to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
