Imagine yourself on a "Seafari" to one of the most beautiful beach destinations in the world! Relax in the high style of famous novelist Ernest Hemingway on one of his many adventures to the African wilderness. Our professionally decorated condo features soothing safari décor with light greens, tans and a rust color palate reminiscent of a Serengeti sunset. It will sooth the eyes and mind after a bright sunny day on the beach, tennis courts or nearby golf courses.

This Gold-rated condo features 9 foot ceilings, fantastic views of the gulf, the Sierra Nature Wildlife Preserve, private pools and tennis courts. WE INCLUDE THE AMENITIES CARD AND PASSPORT TO FUN IN OUR RATE!

Enjoy the quiet and privacy of your beach retreat including 24 hour gated Security, uncrowded beaches, free form pool and hot tub for Summit Owners and Guests only, gas grills for grilling today’s catch or your favorite steak.

We are conveniently located next to the Sandestin Resort and just minutes from grocery, banks, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and golf.

Seafari is a luxurious condo yet family friendly with a spacious master bedroom featuring a king size bed, FLAT SCREEN TV, DVD player and private full bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds and a FLAT SCREEN TV with DVD player ideal for the kids with another full bath accessible just outside of the room.

In addition, our living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, love seat, chair and entertainment center equipped with cable, FLAT SCREEN TV, DVD player, IPOD Player/CD/stereo system for your convenience. The dining room seats six at our glass and wicker table complete with leopard and zebra print place mats. For the casual meal, enjoy sitting at the breakfast bar on one of the two bar stools.

The large private balcony is accessible from both the living room and private door to the Master Bedroom. Sit back at sunset and sip a cool drink while enjoying the intoxicating views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Tops’l Resort is consistently ranked a Top 5 USA Tennis Resort by Tennis Magazine. This 52 acre resort is located between the Sandestin Resort and Topsail Hill State Preserve. The Summit Building is an easy 100 yard walk to the beach or you can use the Shuttle Service which operates daily from your front door.

You will have access to all the Club Amenities including three outdoor and one indoor heated pools, hot tubs, fitness center featuring professional exercise equipment, classes, racquetball courts and deluxe locker room facilities. Enjoy our Tiki Bar and Restaurant located at the oceanfront pool. Other activities on the property include a 1.3 mile fitness trail, miniature golf, shuffleboard and professional tennis lessons.

  • Seafari really is a relaxing and beautiful place to visit. We’ve been several times and each visit has been better than the one before … WE CANT WAIT TO GO BACK AGAIN. Whether visiting the gorgeous white sand beaches with the blue/green water, the convenient pool/hot tub at The Summit, the awesome tennis facility and fitness club or just hanging out in the comfort of this uniquely decorated condo with tons of room, it’s always a treat being here. If you want to travel to a place where you can do almost anything, Seafari is the place to go. Tops’l is well known in the tennis community as being one of the top 10 rated tennis facilities in the states, there are many golf courses locally, the shopping is wonderful and the wealth of great restaurants nearby make this a MUST go to vacation destination! Thanks for the lovely visits in the past and for the ones we hope to have in the near future.

  • Just a lovely condo situated high up with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enyoyed the beach, tennis, golf and pool. Just across the street we ate at Acme Oyster Co (same as the one in New Orleans) and spent an evening at the dueling pianos bar. We'll be back.

  • We LOVED Seafari! This condo is very spacious and the master bedroom is Huge! We especially liked the decor - something different other than the seashell look. The beach is unbelievable - best beach in Florida. This condo is near a lot of restaurants and shopping too. The kids really liked the warm pool (you could swim on a cool day). Seafari has everything and more! Can't wait to return.

  • What a great condo! Seafari was the perfect place with all the extras to make it our private resort retreat! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning before a great run on the uncrowded beach. We especially enjoyed taking advantage of the outdoor grill to prepare our dinner including fresh seafood bought at the local market. The beach is great with rental umbrellas / chairs available and the pool / hot tub right next to the beach is very convenient as an option. The location is great with restaurants and nightlife being nearby (the Red Bar is rocking!). We can not wait to come back to Seafari!
