The guest cottage is detached from the main residence and has its own private entry way and driveway . Located in the mountains above Kailua Kona, on 3 acres currently being planted with Kona coffee.

The clean and simple decor invites you. Furnished a sectional sofa, ceiling fans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mini refrigerator, television w/ cable, dvd player,a clock radio, ironing board w/ iron and hair dryer. Linens and basic dishes are also provided.

A large walk in closet and lots of storage space makes it easy to unpack and enjoy. And with your own washer and dryer in the unit, there is no need to over pack.

The single story design is perfect for those who may have challenges with stairs. The entry way and cottage are on a single level and there are no stairs or changes in elevation.

Hawaii Kai and Waikiki are just minutes away.
