Come enjoy the summer in beautiful Manhattan Beach, "The Jewel of the Pacific".

This newly remodeled, light and bright, one bedroom lower unit is just a short half block to the sand. The unit features a new kitchen with granite counters, new fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Coffee maker to get your day going.

There is new paint inside and out, and new furniture. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a convertible full sofa that sleeps two comfortably. There is a 42" HD plasma on the living room wall with unlimited satellite access! Fiber Optic wireless internet access gets you on the net.

Just steps to some of the best surfing in Southern California. Two cruiser bikes and a soft surf board, plus several boogie boards are there for you to use. Take a leisurely bike ride along the beach, or take a lovely sunset ocean front stroll to downtown Manhattan Beach restaurants and shopping. Finish your day with a BBQ in the back patio.
