Nicely decorated and plenty of room, you'll love this condo! Fantastic views from Living Room and Master Bedroom! High Speed internet in condo! This condo is ground floor so no stairs to climb! Conveniently located to all the major attractions. The Destin Commons Mall is about a mile and a half to the west and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is the same distance to the east! All water sports including parasailing, jet skiing, surfing, etc are all right at the beach! Take a dolphin cruise or a deep sea fishing trip at the Destin Harbor! Restaurants are close too! Walk to Pompano Joes, Captain Daves, & Kenny D's. Great location, great views, great price!

This condo met all of our expectations. We have a family of 4 with two small children and we vacationed with another family of 4 as well as my sister and her daughter. The sleeping quarters worked out perfect for us. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living/kitchen area of the condo is very spacious. Added bonus is the decor, master bath and the well equipped kitchen. The pool is great! The beach access is very conveniently located across the street. The patio has a nice ocean view. Having two small children, I was very happy that we were on the first floor and had a yard for my children to play in, while the adults enjoyed the patio. We felt like we got a top notch vacation at a budget price. Convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment by car. One small complaint, we only received two parking passes and we had three vehicles. Security is very strict about parking. Overall I give this property an A+ and would definitely recommend it to a friend and any family with children of any age.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
