Renovated and elegantly decorated in 2005, the 3bed/2bath/pool Oleander home features a King Bed in the Master Bedroom and 2 Twin Guest rooms. Beautiful Disney Magic and Mickey & Minnie Rooms perfect for children! Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dryer are also provided. This newly furnished home features modern and elegant furniture throughout the home.
Enjoy breakfast poolside or a late night swim in this totally private tropical retreat. The home was completely renovated, painted and furnished making it essentially brand new in 2005. You'll fall in love with our Stainless Steel & Wood fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful black counter tops. It has a very modern decor in the Living Room and Dinning Room. The patio and deck area offer a large table with chairs for your dining pleasure.
For those that are more inclined to simply relax around the pool, comfortable lounge chairs are also provided. The pool is solar heated but optional Gas pool heating is available for the cooler months.

This is one of the best homes we have stopped in,although all the homes we have rented from Gemstone have been first class.The service we have had from Gemstone is outstanding,and we intend to rent from them again. Thank you Mary for the excellent service and will see you again soon.

Delft, The Netherlands Pleasant stay with freedom around home. Left on 06/23/2011 for a stay in June 2011 We are from The Netherlands (Europe) and it was my 9th time vacation Florida. Normally always booked a hotel and now for the first time a rental home. I always prefer before i go, to know what i get,this is why i choosed for Gemstone and the home Oleander. You know what you get and where it is.I like space around me and not in backyard direct an other home. This home has free space around the home, but for children there is a safe place to play.(there is a playground in visual sight in the back at 30mtrs.distance).Home is on a death end street, so it is nice. Supermarket(Target),Starbucks,Breakfast at 10min.drive distances. Disney, Walmart other shops at 15 min.drive distance. Very nice was your own swimpool and wake up in the morning and eat your breakfast in the backyard while you hear the sound of birds. Temperature in home was perfect with the airco. We liked also that you don't need a key for the home, you receive by reservation a code for the door and you get an alarmcode for the alarmsystem. So easy and safe. In home also Wifi and works fast and easy.(you receive login information before you arrive, so easy and relax). We like playing Golf and there is more then 1 golfcourse in the surroundings. The handling for reservation and paperwork goes smooth, easy and clear. You don't need to go to an office, so everything what you need you receive it by email but they have an office if you prefer to see them. You can lay it in there hands and you know that everything will be OK. Special thanks to Mary (Gemstone) for making it possible that we had a wonderfull and pleasant stay in Oleander rental home.
