Perdido Key beaches have been rated among the top beaches in the world. It is surrounded by water with the Gulf of Mexico, Old River, and Intercostal Waterway, the views are breathtaking!
Located nearby is a new Arnold Palmer Golf Course. We are close to NAS Pensacola’s Naval Museum, home of the famous Blue Angels Flight Team. Also, enjoy some of Florida’s best seafood at affordable local restaurants.
Now we will walk you through our lovely second home:
Pass through the private gates, a grand entrance including porte cochere creates a stately first impression. Access your own foyer when your personal elevator doors open. Enter into 1600 square feet of living space.
Let’s start in the kitchen. Gorgeous granite counter tops with a breakfast bar. Upgraded, quality appliances include dishwasher, separate smooth cook top, wall oven with built in microwave on top, double door refrigerator with filtered water and ice on front door. All utensils and then some! Toaster Oven, Toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker, Ice Tea Maker. A lovely table seats 8 people. Down the hall is a guest bathroom. You pass by the full size Washer/Dryer on your way to the Guest Bedroom. Two Twin Beds, 27 inch TV, DVD player. Two closets, two windows Plus Sliding glass doors enter to second balcony. A deck box full of beach toys and boogie boards for the kids. Inside the guest bedroom leads to the full bathroom with a window, a large tub/shower, granite counter tops, and two sinks.
Back to the Living Room. We made this extra comfortable with two chairs, and sofa with Queen-size sleeper. Thirty-two inch TV, DVD player. Great sounding stereo is in the beautiful entertainment center. Floor to ceiling windows lead to large, private balcony. Sit back and enjoy the view. We have included four chairs with table and a new George Foreman Indoor/Outdoor Electric Grill.
Now on to the Master Suite. Over-sized travertine shower, dual sinks, beautiful granite counter tops, separate wash closet, dressing area, large walk-in closet. King-size bed. Nice armoire with 32 inch TV. An expansive window offers panoramic views, sliding glass doors lead to large balcony.
Other features include 'always on' High Speed Internet access in every room, beach service (seasonal), Pack N’ Play Baby Bed, High Chair, Wheelie Cooler for the beach, all linens except beach towels, board games, beach toys.
Our condo does not allow pets or smoking. Maximum guests-seven.

Two rounded stairways lower you from the Grand Terrace to the Lush Pool Oasis. This area includes the largest pool on the key, Adult Pool, Hot Tub, Cook Out area, Kids’ Water Play area, Picnic area, Swings and Gazebo. State-of-the-art Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Modern Theatre, and social room with fireplace. Sauna in the West Building.
