This home is located in the American Flag Subdivision in Upper Deer Valley. This spectacular 7,300 square foot custom home is an ideal for multiple families and friends. Our guests will enjoy luxurious amenities and furnishings, including 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a sun room, and a private hot tub.
CONSIDERING A SUMMER GETAWAY IN THE GREAT OUTDOORS? Deer Valley/Park City is a GREAT summer destination too! Do you enjoy hiking, mountain biking, hot air ballooning, fishing, horseback riding, golfing, water skiing, zip lining, shopping, etc.? Then this the place to go! Summertime also brings the Utah Symphony & Opera's Deer Valley Music Festival, the Fidelity Investments Park City Jazz Festival, and other entertainers all held in the Outdoor Amphitheater at Snow Park Lodge, which is within 5 minutes from this home.
This home is located just 7 minutes from the world famous Stein Erikson Lodge where you or your guests can enjoy great dining and/or a spa experience. And 8 minutes away from Historic Main Street where you can choose from many different restaurants and shopping venues. Besides skiing at Deer Valley, you can also ski at Park City and The Canyons.
Ski-in/ski-out access information: The access is a 50 yard walk to a trail that will land you on the run called "Last Chance". The trail has about a 30-degree decline, thus will have the same degrees incline on the way back to the home. After a day of skiing, I always suggest taking the shuttle/bus service back. The bus stop is also about a 50 walk from the home, runs every half hour and is a free service.
Here is how the home is set up:
The main level has the formal dining room that seats 14 people, the great room with 3 arm chairs, sectional sofa, 42" screen TV with DVD/CD player, gas/wood fireplace, wet bar, sun room, mud room, laundry room, and 2 half baths. Also on the main level is the gourmet kitchen equipped with granite countertops, Viking and Subzero appliances, and 2 breakfast tables that flip over as game tables.
The upper level has 5 bedrooms:
Master Bedroom #1: King bed
Master Bedroom #2: Queen bed / 2 twin beds in adjacent loft
Master Bedroom #3: Queen bed / 2 twin beds in adjacent loft
Master Bedroom #4: King bed / 1 queen bed in adjacent loft
Bedroom #5: 2 bunk beds
Please be aware that a ladder must be climbed to get to any of the lofts. Each master bedroom has its own bathroom with dual sinks, tub and shower (master bedroom #4 has a jetted tub). Each bedroom has cable TV. Adjacent to master bedroom #1 is a small exercise room. The upper level also has another laundry room.
And for those of you who can’t live without the internet, wireless high-speed internet connection is available.

No maid service. Maid service is available for an additional fee, if requested.
All dates have a mininum night stay required (see rates below).
50% of rental fee is due at time of reservation and the final payment is due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your reservation any time before your final payment is due or prior to 45 days before your arrival. Any deposits made will be refunded minus a 3% processing fee. Any cancellations made within 45 days of your arrival will forfeit any payments made.

The Unique Benefits at this Luxurious Private Home
This home is wonderfully set up for multiple-family use and huge gatherings. I have used this home on several occasions to have wine-tasting parties with my friends, have huge family get togethers for birthdays or any other occasion to celebrate, and have out-of-state family and friends stay the week if available. Even in the summer, it's a great place to stay to get out of the sweltering heat of Salt Lake Valley ... the fresh mountain air is so refreshing.
On Main Street you will find an array of restaurants and shopping boutiques and night clubs. The Post Office and Liquor Store can also be found on this street.
The Stein Ericksen Lodge is about a 7 min. drive from the home and is a great place to get a spa treatment after a couple days of skiing. They also have one of the best Sunday Brunches in the area.
