We rent each unit seperatly or can be rented as one full unit Sleeping 9 to 10 people. With 2 baths, etc.
In other words: You can Rent either a 3 Bedroom or a 2 Bedroom and up to a 5 Bedroom.
Brand New BBQ's for your roasting pleasures. New Kitchen with glass range, new refrigerator & microwave and a sweet dine table that sits 6 in style. The Deer are beautiful and friendly - just don't feed them! Brand new Patio sets. One sits 4 and one at 6 for Dinner parties.

The Unique Benefits of this House
No cars! No polution! Friendly neighbors, happy faces and kind people. Star filled nites, Saying Hi to the Deep from the Boardwalk.A five bedroom house is hard to come by, we were luck to get one with 2 floors a front yard upper deck and a back yard as well. The outdoor shower is my favorite. Oh yea and the Beach! Its just down the block :)

I've just returned from a long weekend in this lovely property and am feeling very relaxed. It was my first time to Cherry Grove in Fire Island and I only wish I could have stayed longer. Next year, I'll book for the week. Cherry Grove is a very friendly community with many residents living there throughout the season and taking great care of their homes and their neighbors. Having said that, it's a very relaxed lifestyle out on the Island. Hard to believe that it's so close to the city. The property itself has great charm. From the wooden deck out front with the gentle water feature to the garden in the back, the property is well loved. The house is located within easy distance from The Grove, about 5 minutes walk, so going to the shop for grocery supplies was easy. The beach is a 10 walk in the opposite direction ! We stayed in the back of the property which had two good size bedrooms which could easily sleep 5 and large kitchen/living room supplied with satellite TV in case the weather changes. I think the couch in the sitting room converts into a bed which offer even more sleeping space. One of my favorite things about this place was the outside shower in the side yard. Hot and cold water supplied with shower gel and shampoos on a shelf for guests to use. Fantastic after a few hours on the beach ! The owners take great care of this property and their guests Enjoy this fantastic retreat. It's a find ! ! ! Colm
