Our first floor unit is located in the much sought after 600 Building, closest to the beach of all the buildings in the complex! FREE AND FAST WIFI INTERNET, ACCESSIBLE IN THE CONDO! The condo has a master suite with king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two. Fully-equipped kitchen. Stylish new porcelain ceramic tile floor throughout the condo. A charcoal grill is located just outside the unit for you convenient access. Sit on the patio and watch the Gulf and some of the most beautiful sunsets you've ever seen.

Beachside Villas has two well maintained and fully updated HEATED swimming pools with fresh deck surfaces, two recently resurfaced lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, a club house and charcoal BBQ grills in convenient areas near each building.
The condo unit has two bedrooms and two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils provided. Refrigerator w/ice maker, a microwave, washer and dryer, phone and air conditioning. Towels and linens are furnished. Beach chair & umbrella rentals are available. No smoking and no pets please.
Seagrove Beach is a charming old town that families have been visiting since the 1940s and 50s. It is located on Florida’s northwest panhandle approximately half way in-between the towns of Destin and Panama City, and more closely, along Scenic 30-A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The Beaches of South Walton offer some of the finest pure white sand beaches in the world. The natural beauty of the South Walton area is part of what makes this vacation destination so wonderful. The sugar-white sand beaches and emerald-green waters make the Emerald Coast a piece of paradise. The entire Emerald Coast is known for its fine dining, shopping, and nightlife. You can enjoy a great Florida beach vacation in a quiet, charming, Old-Florida style town but conveniently located half-way between Destin and Panama City Beach (both 20-25 minutes either way), near Rosemary Beach and famous Seaside.
Seagrove Beach offers an abundance of recreational activities such as swimming, sandcastle building, surfing, snorkeling, sunning and swimming with dolphins in the Gulf. Eastern and Deer Lakes are on either side of Beachside Villas and have canoing, kayaking, picnicking, fishing and boating. For land lovers, non-beach activities include golf, tennis and nearby hiking and biking trails along 17 miles of dedicated bike paths paralleling picturesque highway 30-A.
Up and down the road from Seagrove Beach are antique stores, art galleries, unique shops, and award winning restaurants. Spend time exploring the other nearby beach communities, including neighboring Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach and famous Seaside (5 minutes away), site of the Jim Carrey movie, “The Truman Show.” For a vacation that is pure Florida, away from the crowds of the amusement parks, but still close enough for a quick trip to them, Seagrove Beach could be the answer to your dreams.
