The Palacio is the height of luxury resort living. Our beautiful condo is right on the beach! 4th floor unit with huge, private balcony overlooking the crystal white sandy beaches and sparkling emerald waters. This unit is ADA Handicapped Accessible. Palacio also offers a new lap pool as well as a huge recreational pool. A huge hot tub is also located on the pool deck. Perdido Key beaches have been rated among the TOP 5 island beaches by Conde Nast Traveler.
One aspect that sets it apart-the beautiful and unspoiled Florida district of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, which houses 5 miles of protected dunes harboring a vast array of wildlife, some found only in and around the barrier islands. Perdido Key is surrounded by water with the Gulf of Mexico, Old River & the Intercoastal Waterway-The views are breathtaking!

Mr O'Neal- We enjoyed our stay at your condo the week of July 4th..It is nice and roomy with all the comforts of home.The view from the porch and the size of the porch was nice and the lack of outside noise inside the condo was great!.We enjoyed the family pics too...You have a nice looking family..We really enjoyed the short walk to the park around the corner and the short drive to Big Lagoon Park..My new favorite restaurant is the Shrimp Basket! Again we thank you and hope to rent from you again in the future...
