This tasteful and very comfortable furnished villa (300m2) is located in the wine area of Burgundy in a rural surrounding just outside a small village.
A villa with full authentic elements like "les poutres apparentes" the beam ceiling of oak, the chimney in the kitchen and the walls. The sauna, sunbed and extra bathroom are situated in an annex. Furthermore, you have the availability of a pleasant heated private swimming pool (12 x 6). The well-kept park garden (7000m2) has diverse terraces and has a great overlook at the lovely landscape.
Woods, fields, lovely villages, castles, big recreation lake, and nature parks within a radius of 15km distinguish the surrounding. You will find the Parc de Boutissaint within 9km from Saint Fargeau with 400ha centuries old forest where fantastic hikes take place.
There is approximately 400 different sorts of animals, among others bisons. Furthermore, in saint Fargeau, the capital city of the area the Puisaye.
Annually in July and August a scene performed in a castle with more than 600 actors and 60 horses. Not necessary to remind you that this area has much to offer in culinary and wine. Lots of information available here. A house surely worth recommending!
