Castello is the true Venice where the few tourists are outnumbered by local residents who still shop at colourful street markets + later transform Via Garibaldi into a fashion parade & gossip festival during the evening 'passeggiata'. Near historic Arsenale(+Airport ferry), Naval Museum, Biennale Gardens, S Elena parklands; 25 minutes walk along waterfront to St Marks Square. 7 minutes walk to Giardini or S Pietro boat stops - excellent connections to San Marco, Grand Canal, Rialto, carparks, Railway Station + Lido.
Book now. Come & stay with us - we know you’ll adore Venice as we do. Large double bedroom has 2 double windows (with shutters) looking over a private courtyard. There's also a small desk + chair. A cot + high chair are available - please ask. In the living room there is a double convertible sofa bed. This is Venice holiday apartment rental accommodation at its very best value in a wonderful authentic Venetian area. A large ceiling fan keeps the air cool and fresh while you sleep and the area is very peaceful, though you may be woken by the church bells of San Pietro on Sunday morning!
The photograph shows 2 chairs in the living room but there is now a comfortable convertible divan which sleeps 2. Another fan in the living room keeps it cool + the entire apartment is centrally heated. This Venice vacation apartment is incredible value so it's heavily booked! Modern bathroom with shower recess. Toilet. Bidet. Bathroom has its own window, so it's always fresh and well ventilated. Many Venetian bathrooms (and kitchens!) have no window...this 1st floor (up 1 flight of stairs) Venetian holiday rental apartment has nice big windows in all rooms. Separate laundry area with washing machine. Hairdryer. Iron/ironing board. 'Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely apartment...very happy I made this choice for my visit to Venice. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.
It has everything that's necessary (and more!), is nicely decorated and, at the same time, not at all cluttered. I especially appreciated the fact that all appliances, every switch and handle, every facet were working. It is clear that this apartment is very well taken care of.
