Enjoy this ideal mountain retreat, just minutes (1/4 mile) from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8. Our unit is surrounded by Nordic Center trails perfect for mountain biking in the summer and cross country skiing and snow shoeing in the winter.
Our mountain condo is perfect for a family getaway with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It sleeps up to six people very comfortably. It has recently been remodeled in a way that invites you to relax.
Peak 8 Village is a short free shuttle ride to the town of Breckenridge or hop on your bike for a quick coast downhill (the free shuttle will bring you and your bike back). Shuttle service runs well into the night, so come and park your car until its time to leave town.
Breckenridge has 101 things to do in all four seasons. Pick your dates, pack your bags and enjoy a fabulous family getaway!

We loved staying at this condo! The pictures and description were spot on, and the property was very clean and well maintained. The location in Peak 8 Village was very convenient to Peak 8 skiing and ski school for our kids; the shuttle stops just at the end of the condo parking lot. It was a quick jaunt to town also, either by car or on the shuttle. My two sons, aged 3.5 and 5.5, loved the bunk beds and the supply of toys and books in their room. We enjoyed the clean and updated kitchen and living room; the condo was nicely appointed with the essentials. Parking was easy, and we were happy to have access to laundry as well. The owner was very easy to deal with, and the rate very fair for Spring Break week. Thanks again! The boys are already asking if we can return next year.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

very nice place to stay, bus stop was close by, and the owners were very friendly!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We are a family of five (3 smaller children) and this condo was great for us. The pictures are out of date as the condo has been remodeled and looks alot fresher and nicer than these photos show. Excellent kitchen and the lounge area was very comfortable for apres-ski relaxing. The location is perfect as it is a quick walk to the shuttle bus that takes you straight up to Peak 8, which is where the kids ski school is and excellent rental / equipment place. The shuttle also takes you into the village. There was good parking at the condo and it is a nice quiet spot. If you have older kids then probably more comfortable as a family of four. I would stay here again if I went back to Breck.Recommended for: Families with young children.
