Welcome to the Brooten Vacation Home located on the beautiful Oregon Coast in Pacific City. The home is located on the property of the historic Brooten Bath Houses, from the early 1900’s. The home overlooks the scenic Nestucca Bay and River; it also has a view of the Beautiful Pacific Ocean from several of its rooms. The Home is surrounded by more than 24 acres of private wooded land.
The home has over 3000 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms and a bonus room, four baths, full kitchen and dining area, along with several other rooms just for fun. The owner built this home with her grandchildren in mind, but also open space to relax and enjoy quiet time or sharing family time. The home was designed to fill every ones needs and you are sure to enjoy yourself.
