Island Style West Indian Architecture in a quiet one bedroom condo at the extreme far end of the complex, overlooks open pastures next door. Three exterior walls with two sets of French doors opening onto small porches off the living room and dining area.

This is a small intimate complex with only 24 units and includes a huge resort type swimming pool with decks all around. The unit includes a large living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Also bedroom, washer/dryer, and convenient bathroom accessed from both kitchen and bedroom. Air conditioning is included, but often open windows for the breezes and ceiling fans are all you need.

It is a first floor unit which allows for easy access and cooler temperatures. There are nice views out all the windows, and being an end unit, the view does not include any other units. It seems like you are in your own cottage.

Located only five minutes East of Christiansted with bus service nearby and a local favorite restaurant "Cheeseburgers" within walking distance. Also within walking distance is Southgate farm known for their organically grown food. Superb beaches are just up the street. Green Cay Marina with boating and restaurants is also just up the street.
