New for 2013...The great room/dining area/kitchen is getting a facelift. New sofas and chairs, new paint and a new color scheme which will turn it into a sea of blue, fish and seahorses included. New sofabed in the theater. The tropical room is getting a new look but will still be orange and colorful, custom cornhole boards and the usual winter upkeep to keep this vacation rental in great shape for our guests!
DETAILS ON PROPERTY:
Appropriately named 'Playtime', this oceanfront/beachfront vacation rental built in 2005 has it all! If you aren’t simply enjoying the magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean there’s plenty to keep you busy in this 4800+ square foot house that showcases 5 OCEANFRONT master bedrooms, 2 'kids' room and 3 Sleeper sofas!!
On the first level, there is one oceanfront master bedroom (King bed, TV & DVD player) with attached bathroom, a laundry room with oversized washer and dryer, a game room complete with a GAME TABLE, POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL table, a new Pirates of the Caribbean PINBALL machine, KARAOKE machine with CD&G library, separate sound system with IPod/MP3 player, a wet bar with full size refrigerator and a THEATER. The theater has tiered seating for 6, a sofa with QSS, 1 chair and boasts a 60' television with 5/1 surround sound speakers as well as expanded cable and a DVD player with over 300 DVDs available for your viewing pleasure (in any room with a tv!). There is also a den with a QSS, tv with DVD player, XBox system with multiple controllers, computer with wireless high speed internet and printer.
If you are wanting a little more action, turn on the Xbox 360 system (Yes, there are two gaming systems!) and put your game playing skills to the test on the big screen tv. From the 1st level you walkout onto a deck that’s home to a 14’ x 25’ lighted swimming pool (can be heated for $550 additional), hot tub and a private walkway to a gazebo and the beach. Relax with the sound of the ocean, or turn up the music on the outdoor speakers.
Move on to the second level and you will find 3 additional oceanfront master bedrooms (King beds), all with TVs (cable & DVD) and access to decks. Two of the oceanfront masters on this level have attached private bathrooms. There are 2 additional bedrooms with private bathrooms, tv W/cable & DVD. 1 bedroom has 1 bunk (twin up, double down) with a trundle, the other has 1 bunk (twin up, double down) and an additional twin bed.
Continue up to the third level and you will be able to admire the beauty of a reverse floor-plan and the breathtaking views it provides! This oceanfront beauty faces the ocean with a southern exposure. Not only do you get both sunrise & sunset over the ocean, you won't be looking directly into the sun as you enjoy the views. There is a huge kitchen, dining room and living room complete with sound system w/CD, cable TV & DVD, gas fireplace and a QSS. This level is also where the 5th oceanfront master bedroom (King w/cable TV & DVD), complete with Jacuzzi tub, is located. You will not only enjoy the oceanfront views but also sound views from this level, something only a few vacation rentals can offer.
All floors are connected by extensive decking, interior and exterior stairs as well as an ELEVATOR from parking to the third level to allow quick access to anywhere. House is equipped with a water treatment system. All 7 bedrooms + den have access to shared or private decks. Tv's with cable & DVD player in EVERY ROOM!! (excluding bathrooms) Free long-distance phone, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand & water toys and collections of movies, Xbox games, board games, puzzles, books, magazines and indoor toys are a few of the little extras you will find at this vacation rental.

Vacation rentals run Saturday to Saturday with weekly rentals only. 8 bedroom (7 bedrooms + QSS in den) towels & linens with beds made are provided, No Pets, No Smoking!! 50% deposit required within 48 hours of making a reservation for 2012. (2013 deposits are due in November 2012) The remaining 50% is due 45 days before checking into the property. Renters Insurance is available for an additional cost.
Daily and weekend rentals only considered last minute and during off-season (late October - December) Minimum rate is $2500 for a 3 day stay, please email for further information.

Feedback received from guest: I just wanted to let you know that we absolutely loved your house. We had just rented it this past weekend. I know we were extremely fortunate to have fantastic weather, but the house was more than we were hoping for. We had 8 adults and 8 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was a extremely well stocked. I don't think there was a single item that we couldn't find. The margarita machine was a big hit. I know how hard it is to maintain a rental property like that, yet you guys have done a fantastic job. Everything was in great shape and in working order. The well-stocked DVD collection was much appreciated by kids and parents alike. The adults definitely definitely got our money's worth from the pool table and pinball machine - I know I loved the pinball! There were 17-20 of our family at any given time during the week, including a VERY elderly family member. The elevator was a life saver and enabled her to take advantage of being at the beach. The house is very well equipped. LOTS of beach accessories, wonderfully equipped kitchen. Game room was wonderful, having the two refrigerators in the kitchen was GREAT. AND the one in the game room was perfect for "beverages" near the pool. The house is very well maintained. You would not have known that this house was "lived in" by strangers nearly every week of the year. We would LOVE to go back next year. We are trying to pick a date that is good for everyone!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We could not have picked a better spot for our family reunion at the beach. Incredible kitchen with everything you could imagine--ice cream maker got a workout! Both shaded and open decks with spectacular view of ocean, dunes and even dolphins! Hot tub and pinball machine were great hits with the young adults. All rooms and amenities were clean and well-maintained, and gas grill was a major plus. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again--it was an awesome experience!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Feedback received from guests: Your house was beautiful & equipped with so many dishes, silverware, etc - was so wonderful. The sound system by the pool was a surprise & we loved it!! We were all hooked on the pinball machine - so fun!! The weather was not the best and in spite of that we still had one of our best vacations ever!! Although the ride there was long (13 hours) it was definitely worth it. We had a wonderful time, the house and location is perfect!!
