Holly greeted us at the garage and showed us nothing but the best hospitality I have experienced this side of the Mississippi. The condo was just around the corner from a fabulous sushi stop, 3 bars, a high class dining experience, and the cheapest and best tasting breakfast imaginable! We didn't move the car except to pick up a few groceries at the Ralph's, which Holly lent us her discount card, which is about a block away. I was with 2 other young couples and we had plenty of space and attractions to keep us wanting to stay even longer!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great time in San Diego. The kids were very happy with the beach toys that were at the condo. Everything you need is nearby. And the view on the beach and the sound of the ocean was very niceOwner response: Thank you for the lovely compliments. I am glad the children enjoyed the condo's toys and you enjoyed your holiday. I agree their is nothing like the ocean view and the sound of the waves. And thank you for the Black Tulips they are so rare and beautiful!

Very accurate listing, very well equipped and very comfortable. The view is even better than the website photos and the situation cannot be bettered on Pacific or Mission Beaches - the condo is a stone's throw from anything a holidaymaker would want - beach, bars, restaurants, shops. Seaworld is also close by and San Diego with its many attractions is a 30 minute bus ride or 15 minutes by car. Sports fishermen - we recommend Seaforth Fishing. Holly is a very charming and helpful owner. The area is very pleasant and safe, with plenty to do, or not do, as you wish. We had a great time and will hopefully be back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

If you need a place to relax this home is what you need. A beachfront condo with ocean & beach views for miles. The home is as described and pictured, even better. It is so comfortable, you will start relaxing upon arrival. The weather was amazing and from our balconies we all enjoyed the sunsets. Our host was amazing!, She has a book of things to do and menus from local restaurents. That book was a godsend for meals after long day on the beach . Thank you Holly our family had a wonderful time in your home. Everything about this place is great! The owner provide the best customer service, and the property is clean and well maintained. Holly was an excellent landlord! The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The master bath is nicely redone. We stayed over Christmas and she even put out a tree and some decorations in the condo. Holly was incredibly helpful with restaurant, grocery store, and activity suggestions. She told us how to get to Trader Joe's, when the line forms at Kono's, and where to get a quick bite close by. Never needed to take the car, unless wanted to check out La Jolla,the zoo, or Petco Park. Plenty to do and see within walking distance.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My son and I just returned from San Diego this past Saturday after spending a week at Sea the Sea condo's. from 9-12 thru 9-17 2009. Our host Holly Bertz couldn't have been more accommodating. The unit was just as it looks in the photos and was extremely clean and well maintained. We didn't see one bug the whole time there. It's convenient to so many restaurants, the beach, and shops, you don't need a car. Holly provides everything you'll need for both the unit, and the beach. She even had chairs and a boogy board which made my son very happy. If you want a great place to stay, this is it!! I would highly recommend this property and hopefully, we will return next year for another great stay. Bob...Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our "little piece of heaven" on the beach was better than described. It was very clean, comfortable and the view and sound of the ocean was perfect. Holly was a very gracious host and provided us with numerous helpful ideas including coupons. We had only booked the condo for 3 days, but it was so lovely that we stayed another day and we can't wait to go back. There are many restaurants within walking distance and also a very nice grocery store. A short drive up the coast to the "Seal Beach" was very enjoyable. I would defintely recommend this condo to all my friends and family and would like to again thank Holly for all she did for us.
