Beautifully furnished, two bedroom, two bath, 1,784 square foot home located in the gated - over 55 - active adult Canoa Ranch resort community. The home is on the 5th hole of Canoa Ranch Golf Course. Note: (The property is 100+ yards beyond the 5th green-no golf balls). For a slight extra charge, residents can enjoy all the benefits available from the Green Valley Recreation Association, (swimming, exercise, clubs and games).
The covered porch has magnificent views of the Santa Rita Mountains, Elephant head and the golf course below. The home has upgrades throughout including granite counters in the kitchen, wood blinds, a 2.5 car garage and has been professionally landscaped. The home is located on a quiet street and the neighbors are mostly year round residents. It’s only minutes to 7 golf courses and numerous restaurants.

We spent 3 months there in 09 and 10, and would love to do it again, if we decide to return to Arizona. The location, neighbors and layout of the house is ideal, and the view is fantastic. We never got tired of looking at the Santa Rita mountains, with its ever changing colors and snow covered peaks. The location is convenient to golf, restaurants and shopping, and Tubac is only minutes away. We also took advantage of the new Recreational Center at Canoa Ranch with its outstanding exercise room and swimming pool. We enjoyed watching the quail and doves parading on the back yard fence, and were fascinated by the coyotes howling in the early morning. The owners, Greg and Lucy Ann, are a pleasure to deal with, and were extremely helpful in every way. Tore Nordal 4-18-10
