This beautiful new villa is located high on the hillside 300 feet above St.John's main town of Cruz Bay. It offers 4br, 4bath & sleeps up to 12 people.(Option: 2br/2bath fully private.) From Villa Venturoso you will enjoy panoramic water views & lush landscape surrounding this gorgeous home, pool & deck area.
There are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms at Villa Venturoso, 2 on the top floor & 2 on the lower floor. Each has it's own bathroom, armoire with t.v. and air conditioning. If you require larger sleeping arrangements there are 2 couches with queen-sized pullout beds one on each level. There are 2 full sized kitchens fully stocked with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Enjoy one of the 2 large decks to take in the view for cocktail hour or dinner, take a dip in the spa, or just relax in one of our comfortable rocking chairs to read you favorite book.
Villa Venturoso provides a grill for you convenience if you desire to cook at home, or a list of fine restaurants to choose from located within minutes from the villa and throughout the island.
St. John offers fully equipped dive & snorkel shops, boat rentals, and the finest beaches you will ever see. If you decide on a day at the beach take one of our soft & colorful towels, pack the ice chest with drinks and a picnic lunch, and grab some beach chairs-all provided by Villa Venturoso for a comfortable and enjoyable day out.
For a day at the villa, swim in the beautiful sparkling pool while taking in the fantastic view of St. Thomas, relax on one of our rafts while floating blissfully around the pool, or layout poolside on the deck with friends or family in comfortable lounge chairs all provided for your enjoyment.
And with over 68% of the island designated as national parkland, there is beautiful scenery and hiking trails aplenty.

Why the Owner Chose Cruz Bay
We chose to have a villa on St John as we thought it was one of the prettiest island we had ever seen. The Caribbean water is clear and the temperature is just right and there is a multitude of sealife to view. There is a variety of beaches to chose from all of them absolutely beautiful and much of St John is designated national park.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our villa is in a great location as it is located just up the hill overlooking Cruz Bay which is the main town of St John. We enjoy this as we can walk ( or jog ) into town for shopping and restaurants. We are just minutes away from the ferry dock which is located in the center of town. We also enjoy fabulous views from our decks and poolside looking out towards the island of St Thomas.

We are Mike and Brenda Simpson and are both originally from California, but our jobs with USAirways brought us to Maryland where we now reside near Annapolis on the eastern shore. One of our favorite activites, along with our daughter Savannah, is boating on the Chesapeake Bay. We have always enjoyed being on or near the water, so when our Caribbean cruise took us to the Virgin Islands we fell in love with St john and it's beautiful Cribbean water and scenery. As we were and still are in the construction business we thought it would be a fun and challenging experience to build a villa on St. John. It proved to be just that and we are now enjoying vacationing there whenever we can get away. St John is a beautiful island and a great place to take friends and family of all ages and we highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Venturoso! It was perfect for our needs! A lot of thought and effort was put into making this the "perfect" vacation home. We will recommend your home to anyone traveling to St. John, and would love to stay here again on our next island vacation.
