Located on Sand Pond in Chesterville, 20 minutes from downtown Farmington in the heart of west-central Maine, this charming waterfront cottage offers a peaceful retreat to relax and play. It has an open living area with beautiful stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with cathedral ceilings and ¾ bath.
Bring your entire family - this retreat sleeps nine with 2 first floor bedrooms, one upstairs bedroom and a loft. Have your meals or just relax in the enclosed porch overlooking the water. Kayak, canoe, swim, fish or simply watch the loons from three levels of decks or the dock. Shallow swim area great for children. Seasonal float in deep water great for cannonballs.
At the end of the day, take a hot inside or Outside shower.
Farmington is a college town with quaint shops and restaurants, and a large cinema for those rainy days.
