Kaanapali Royal is located on the sixteenth fairway of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course, at the heart of Kaanapali Resort Row. Two Bedroom, Two Bath 1600 Square Feet, top floor unit on the sixteenth hole of the Kaanapali North Golf Course. Unit has ocean view of Lanai and Molokai. Five minute walk to Whaler's Village with all the shopping, restaurants, and the best beach in Maui.
The downstairs entrance takes you into the living area including a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and laundry with washer/dryer. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, TV, DVD, VCR, stereo. You will spend all your time on lanai enjoying the great view and absorbing the Hawaiian experience. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a full bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs is a built out spacious master bedroom and full bathroom. King-size bed with separate TV.
The gated condo complex has secure parking. There are also two tennis courts, a large pool, and separate hot tub.

February 1 to April 15, 2012, $284 a night plus tax & cleaning($195)

August 21 to December 20th, 2012: $194 a night plus tax & cleaning fee($195)
December 17th to January 6th, 2013 $394 a night(7 night minimum) plus tax & cleaning($195); discount to $344 for 12-14 day stay over this time period.

We stayed at unit H301 from late Nov to Dec 8, 2009. I can't say enough about our vacation and the beautifully appointed unit. The unit had everything my family and I could ask for and the owners were fantastic to deal with. We've stayed at the Ka'annapali Royal before however this was one of the best units we've encountered. From the Royal's central location, it was easy to take in different parts of the island or walk to Ka'annapali beach. We especially liked having the BBQ on the lanai which made enjoying the wonderful sunsets over Lanai while cooking dinner extra-special. We would love to return and would definitely stay here again.

Great unit. We had a blast. We will definitely be coming back. We liked being able to walk to shopping, all the major hotels, and two different golf courses. We loved having our meals on the quiet balcony as we overlooked the pool, golf course and ocean.
