Orcas Island Lupine House boasts just over an acre with a hillside of Lupine flowers in the spring, a large yard, with mountain, forest and filtered water views.
The house, built in 2002, has a large basement with a media room, piano and a full bathroom. French doors greet you as you enter the main floor with an open floor plan; separate laundry room, full bath (with jetted tub) and two spacious bedrooms.
Deer are prevelant in the yard where they enjoy munching on berry bushes and sleeping in the grass.
Location is key to this house as it sits just minutes from Moran State Park with many trails for hikers as well as the swimming area and boat rental dock.
