Rated number one beach in all of North America. I mentioned to a professional speaker colleague of mine that I was looking to buy property some where in Florida on the water. She said in the most enthusiastic of manner, "Oh Bob, you must come to Sarasota, it is the undiscovered Oasis in all of Florida. It has all of the amenities of big city without the problems associated with a big city.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Best view on the key. You look out over sea grass directly to the beach. You do not see other buildings, tennis courts, or parking lots. Short walk to Siesta Key Village, just ten minutes so no parking problems. Stay here and walk every where! Quiet condo with only 6 owners. No high rise units nearby so you have the beach almost to yourself. My renters come back year after year after year!

Mr. Kramer's condo is truly a Slice of Heaven on earth! My husband and I love his condo. We have stayed here multiple times and it feels like home when we are there. We love the area, restaurants and people. We think Sarasota and Siesta Key are beautiful and would recommend it to anyone who wants a great relaxing beach vacation or Florida vacation. The views from the balcony are awesome and you just can't beat the price for the location!
Recommended for:

We really did enjoy our stay in your condo. We were very comfortable and felt secure. We love the location, the view, and the direct access to the beach! The place is decorated nicely, the leather furniture is great, the TV is nice (btw, the cable signal quality was poor, not a good picture). Having the wireless internet and printer is great. The entire transaction was smooth which is greatly appreciated. We love Siesta Key and do plan to visit again and again, hopefully for more than a week. Thanks Bob!

This is our third visit to the condo and we are already drooling at the prospect of a fourth year next year. This place is absolutely perfect and we love staying here. Bob and Lois are excellent hosts and left a gorgeous plant and a card this year. The neighbors are wonderful and the beach cannot be described...it has to be seen to be believed. Thanks Bob and Lois for sharing this with us!

Loved it. Is a very nice place with great location and Siesta Key is gorgeous. If and when we visit Florida again, we very well might go back to this same unit in Siesta Key.
