The over-sized kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker, brand new Jenn-Air appliances and a custom Cypress wood breakfast bar. There is also a dining area and two separate lounging/recreation rooms with cable television/games-one for the adults and one for the kids!
The recreation room also has a day bed and access to the wrap-around porch to enjoy the ocean breezes. This home is in an excellent location close to the bike path, shops, restaurants and a short stroll to the beach and community pool in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
