This gorgeous, non-smoking, three-story, 2650 square foot home has four spacious bedrooms and three full baths. The Master bedroom boast a King-size bed, sitting area, large closets, full size bath with shower and separate bathtub, access to the wrap-around balcony and a loft with two twin beds.

Two bedrooms have Full-size beds and one bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The over-sized kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker, brand new Jenn-Air appliances and a custom Cypress wood breakfast bar. There is also a dining area and two separate lounging/recreation rooms with cable television/games-one for the adults and one for the kids!

The recreation room also has a day bed and access to the wrap-around porch to enjoy the ocean breezes. This home is in an excellent location close to the bike path, shops, restaurants and a short stroll to the beach and community pool in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
