Exceptionally clean and well appointed 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome on 68th street in Sea Isle City. Perfect layout for 2 families sharing a vacation. Two bedrooms and a full bath on first floor. Living, Dining, Kitchen and powder room on middle floor and two bedrooms and full bath on top floor. Beautiful bamboo flooring throughout living and dining area. Granite countertops with glass tile backsplash in the kitchen. Master bedroom on top floor has beautiful bay views.
The garage has been converted to a game room for kids of all ages to burn off energy (and leave the adults alone)or provide entertainment on a rainy day. Air hockey, shoot-out basketball game along with a TV and refrigerator make this a fun place to be.
This home is personally checked and refreshed between each tenant by the owner to ensure it meets your highest standards. All of our tenants leave extremely happy with the accommodations we provide. Many of our tenants return year after year.
The living room features a 47" high definition TV and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have TVs. Wii and PS2 game consoles with games is also provided. Clean outdoor shower. Wall mounted hair dryers in both main baths.
Located at 142 68th street this house is two short blocks to the beach and walking distance to Acme supermarket, CVS, Rick's breakfast house, Uncle Oogie's, movie rental store and Sand's department store, as well as, the new play-by-the-bay playground with tennis and basketball courts.

Growing up I always spent my childhood vacations at the Jersey shore. In 2000 my dream of owning my own home at the Jersey Shore and in particular in the great town of Sea Isle city was realized after having rented there for many years. Renting during those years helped me realize what most rental properties lacked; cleanliness and ammentities. My wife and I have made it our goal to provide a clean and accommodating place to let others enjoy their vacation in Sea Isle. We provide all the ammenities for you to enjoy your vacation at the shore. We are constantly improving and upgrading our house to ensure it meets your highest standards, so you can have the most enjoyable vacation possible.

This house was the best we have ever rented in over 10 years of going to SIC! The house was exactly how the owner's described it! It was super clean and came with great amenities!! The owner's were very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. Kids loved the game room!! Will definitely rent again in 2012!!

This is by far the best rental we have had anywhere! The furnishings and decorations were impeccable and the house was super clean. All of the amenities (and there were plenty) were added bonuses. There was everything you can think of needing- both at the beach and at the house. The kids loved the Wii and my personal favorite was the beach wagon. The owners obviously take great pride in their house and it shows. I wouldn't want to rent anywhere else in Sea Isle!

My family has rented this property for the last four years and we will not rent anywhere else! The Mostak's take great pride in their home and they ensure that each renter has the comforts of home while they are on vacation. The property is immaculate and has been refreshed each and every year. The perks of the "game room" in the garage, the beach buggy to haul the chairs and supplies, and the beach tags are the icing on the cake! The location of the property is perfect - close to the supermarket, restaurants and the Promenade. After a long day at the beach, we watch the beautiful sunsets over the bay. We highly recommend this property...just don't rent the week that we come down :)

Fantastic! Impeccable property, very clean, ideal for 2 families, patient and nice landlord. Included in the property facilitated a lot are trip (play station, park for the baby, 3 wheels push chair, gaming room in garage, wheelbarrow for the beach, umbrella, chairs for the beach, the shower outside. etc do not bring anything all is there. It worth every penny! Now I am in love whit Sea Isle City.

Absolutely beautiful home! The house, located with view of the bay and 2 blocks from the beach was extremely clean, inviting, comfortable and spacious. This is a beautiful and clean home with many amenities. It is well equipted for children and families. The downstairs has bedrooms and a bathroom same with the upstairs. In the middle is the dining and kitchen areas which creates privacy for the families. We had two families stay with much comfort. The weather was beautiful and it was a very short walk to the beach. The buggy was very helpful to carry supplies to the beach for our children. The house is very child safe. I would highly reccommend staying at this house if you are vacationing at the Jersey shore. We have vacationed every year for the last several years in Sea Isle and we were overly satisfied with this home, the amenities, and the beach!
