Two bedrooms and a full bath on first floor. Living, Dining, Kitchen and powder room on middle floor and two bedrooms and full bath on top floor. Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors and granite countertops. Master bedroom on top floor has beautiful bay views. The garage has been converted to a game room for kids of all ages to burn off energy or provide entertainment on a rainy day. Air hockey, shoot-out basketball game along with a TV and refrigerator make this a fun place to be. This home is personally checked and refreshed between each tenant by the owner to ensure it meets your highest standards. All of our tenants leave extremely happy with the accommodations we provide. Many of our tenants return year after year. The living room features a 46" high definition TV and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have TVs. A playstation 2 game console with games is also provided. Outdoor shower. Wall mounted hair dryers in both main baths. Located at 142 68th street this house is two short blocks to the beach and walking distance to Acme supermarket, CVS, Rick's breakfast house, Uncle Oogie's and Sand's department store, as well as, the new play-by-the-bay playground. Comfy beds and bedding. 1 king, 1 queen, 4 twin, 1 sofa bed Tenant responsible for bed linens (except for King)and towels. Owner can provide bed linens for $85 per rental. Towels for $80 per rental. We have extras such as jogging stroller, room monitor, stair gates and wagon to use free of charge. For health and safety, this rental property is smoke and pet free. Tenant is responsible for leaving house clean on departure. Cleaning service can be arranged for $150. $300 Cleaning and damage deposit required, fully refundable.
