Incredible Architect designed new (2008) waterfront cottage located in a quiet area of Sebago Lake on desirable Raymond Cape. The cottage sits 35 feet from the water where there is a wonderful, kid friendly large clean sandy beach. Walk right in to go swimming or boating.
The property boasts a very unique deck that sits virtually "on top of the water". A fabulous, private location to have evening cocktails or sun bathe for the day. The views will relax and soothe you. Maybe even stay out there for dinner.
In the evening you can retire to the large screened porch where you can play games or read a good book or just take a snooze! You don't miss a thing from here because you are looking right out to the lake only 35 feet away!
We have a separate bunk house behind the main cottage that sleeps two more in bunk beds. The bunk house has electric power and lights.
Sebago Lake offers fabulous fishing, boating, swimming and numerous other summer activities. Bring your boat or USE OUR CANOE FOR FREE and enjoy long summer days on the lake. There is a mooring available for your use (at your own risk) or tie up on your private beach.
No smoking is allowed in the cottage. One pet, dog or cat, is allowed for an additional non-refundable $300 pet fee (per pet, per week). New water well installed in 2008!

Why the Owner Chose Sebago Lake
When I saw the location of this cottage I saw magic. I put in an offer and as soon as we closed on the property I tore down the old shack and designed and built a new "adirondac style" cottage in the same location. With a huge sandy beach and shallow entry in a quiet cove ... This is one sweet property!

This house offers a great shady beachfront lot, with plenty of sun on the deck if you like. 2 beach areas separated by large rocks gives the feeling of your own private coves within a cove. Great for canoeing and kayaking. The water is crystal clear and other than the large visible rocks, the beach is sandy enough to pull a boat right up on it. Easy access from this protected cove the main body of the lake. The house is clean and comfortable and has a lodge like feel. Plenty of windows and ceiling fans allow for a nice breeze throughout. The screened in porch is a great place to just sit or have a meal. You will however spend most of your time outdoors enjoying the view. There is a wonderful deck built right on top of the rocks where we spent most evenings. Only having to take a few steps to jump in a canoe, kayak, or boat meant we were able to take advantage of beautiful Sebago whenever we pleased.
Owner response:Our sandy beach is sunny till mid afternoon and then you can move to our "on water" deck. Plenty of shade all day in the yard if you desire.
