This brand new log cabin sits on approximately one acre on Buck Mountain and it is traversed by a vibrant and soothing spring-fed creek.
"Creekside Dream" with its all log interior and beautiful oak hardwood floors, features in the Great Room a very comfortable leather sofa and a dual reclining leather loveseat, 30 inch TV and DVD player. A wood country dining table seats six. The beautiful stone gas fireplace rises over 23' highlighting the cathedral ceiling in the Great Room. Windows abound to take in the breathtaking mountain views.
Upstairs in the huge Master Bedroom is a King Size bed and comfortable furniture, walk-in closet, a 27-inch TV and oversized private Master Bath. Downstairs in the 2nd bedroom is a Queen Size bed and it is also very comfortably furnished. The large kitchen has hickory cabinets and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to whip up family size and gourmet meals.
"Creekside Dream" will sleep six comfortably with the additional plush queen-size sleeper sofa in the Great Room.
Gorgeous wrap-around deck overlooks the creek. Sit back and relax on the rocking log loveseat while listening to the sounds of the creek. Also on the covered deck you will find a bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or romantic meals.
After a long day of hiking, fishing, canoeing or kyaking down the New River, horseback riding, golfing or snow skiing and tubing, come back to "Creekside Dream" and relax in your private Hot Tub overlooking the creek while sipping your favorite drink.
Down by the creek, there is also a charcoal grill, a picnic table and a fire pit to cook up your S'mores and DREAM.
Wake up every morning to the probability of seeing deer, wild turkey, rabbits and other wildlife on the grounds. Wonder why they call it Buck Mountain!
