Nancy could not have been nicer. She was very prompt in responding to requests and questions. Gerry and Dave, the property managers, were also very kind and helpful. The corner unit condo was perfect, bright and clean, with a well stocked kitchen for cooking your own meals. You can hear the ocean at night and have an ocean view from the master bedroom and the balcony. The bedrooms are separated by the kitchen which is nice if you have snorers. It's in a great location with easy access to Sadler (the condo is exactly one mile from the roundabout at Sliders), and off the island, the historic downtown area, or golfing at the Plantation. A short stroll down the boardwalk and you're on the beach. The Surf restaurant (seafood, etc.) is right down the road. Cafe Karibou downtown is great (get the caramel cake if they have it!). I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This condo was a wonderful place for our family vacation. The pictures are an accurate description of the rooms. Everything was VERY clean and all was in great working order. We arrived late, so a big thank you goes out to the owner (Nancy) for supplying the needed start-up items (paper towel, trash-bags, dish detergent, toilet paper, etc... until we could go shopping the next morning. The location is perfect!!! The view from the side balcony was great, plus the beach was only a few steps away. Again, the perfect vacation at the perfect location. We will be coming back to visit next summer and plan to stay at this condo again. The owner went above and beyond in explaining everything to us, and was very accommodating to what we were requesting. This place is REALLY the most charming affordable place on Amelia Island! THANK YOU AGAIN NANCY FOR EVERYTHING!!!
