With our homes you get so much more than just a bed in a room. Make sure you ask the square footage of other rental homes. We have more than ample PRIVATE parking for you and your boats, family and friends all on level grounds. Plus a one of a kind lakeview and Great Room. This home is private and not in a subdivision.
Our Rusty Moose Lodge is decorated with one of a kind antiques and true lodge decor is located next door to our other vacation home, "The Red Cedar Lodge". This home is just spectacular and features over 6000 square feet with 7 Large King Bedrooms and 5 1/2 Baths in the main house, plus a private Honeymoon Hideaway Suite with bath over the garage. This panoramic 8th master lakeview suite is available for additional $$.
"The Rusty Moose Lodge" is handicap accessible as soon as you arrive. Go ahead-open the door and be greeted by the massive 'Great Room' with towering 30 ft. beamed/tongue & grooved ceilings and surrounded by 23 windows allowing the lake to flow right in. This gathering room goes beyond the call with a huge 20ft long dining table with 18 colonial Windsor chairs-yes, you can finally dine together! Additional seating is at the 10ft kitchen island where you can set up your family buffet. The open kitchen with hammered copper farmhouse sink, smoked cherry cabinets, along with stainless steel appliances and service for 36 has all you need to serve up that next gourmet meal. Or, just step out onto the huge cedar deck that seats 18 and BBQ on the commercial stainless gas grill. The 'Great Room' offers a one of a kind handcarved log & stone fireplace. You will just be amazed by its craftsmanship and say hello to 'Moosey' who oversee's the lodge. 2 Queen deluxe sleeper sofa's adds additional sleeping/lounging areas, along with the 2 man leather chair. Beside the fireplace is a 50" LCD TV with built in DVD.
2 King Master Suites are also found on the main floor. The 1st Suite features a lavish walk-in tiled shower with pebbled floor. This suite is huge and has slider doors giving you complete access to the wrap around deck. Colonial Presidential flair surrounds you with a marvelous high 4 poster king bed, also a twin daybed with pullout trundle is here for the kids. The 2nd King Master Suite has a Victorian touch. All our 8 bedrooms are equipped with LCD TV's with built in DVD and all baths have handicap toilets with grab bars.
Now lets meander up to the 2nd floor where we will be greeted by handmade log railing, plus 2 more large King Master Suites with a shared Jack-n-Jill bath. The 3rd King Master sports a high 4 poster king bed along with a twin daybed and pullout trundle. A large window allows you to let the lake waters right on in. Across the hall is our 4th King Master with a one of a kind king wagon bed-yes, a true Amish wagon bed with 2 twin pullout trundles underneath. This room allows you to overlook the 'Great Room' through it's window and also lets the panoramic lakeviews wake you up each morning.
Ready, now let's go up to the 3rd floor were you feel as though you are on top of the world! With this extensive log railing this makes awesome group family photo shots. Our 5th & 6th King Masters will be like being in a tree house. These suites offer unbelievable lakeviews. One suite is decorated with old duck decoys/canoe signs and the other suite is our Captain's retreat with a massive antique ships wheel over the bed. A shared bath is out in the hall before you get to the Juillett balcony that overlooks the trees.
That's not all! Let's head our wagon to the Game Room & 7th King Master Suite in the basement. Now, this is not your ordinary basement and won't even feel like one for the huge floor to ceiling windows grace the whole wall allowing the lake to flow right on in. The 60" Aquos LCD TV with complete Bose 6.1 Surround Sound will make your popcorn taste even better(large video library provided). Play a game of Pool or Foosball or pull out one of many family games. A deluxe Queen sofa & twin with pullout trundle is great for the extra family members. Open the double doors and this leads you to the 7th King Master Suite decked out with cowboy flair. Plus a large full bath will make this a wonderful escape.
The extra 8th Master Suite, also known as the Honeymoon Hideaway, is a privately located over the garage. This suite provides you with a wonderful king bed, a twin daybed with pullout trundle, and panoramic lakeviews. A microwave, coffee maker, and dining table gives you adequate space to have a meal or to curl up and watch a movie. A full bath with luxury towels completes this suite. This suite is additional to your rental and will not be rented to someone outside your group.
This magnificent home is located next door to "The Red Cedar Lodge", which also features breathtaking lakeviews. Both homes combined will sleep 46 guests making your family reunions relaxing and memorable.

Spring: March 12th--May 27 = $3000 a week or $450 nt--3 night minimum
Peak: May 28--Sept 6 = $7500 Week All Inclusive Rate Includes 8th Suite
**Peak Season Rates include All Taxes, Cleaning Fees & 8th Suite
Fall: Sept 6--Jan 1 = $4800 weekly or $750 nt--3 night minimum
5 Night minimum stay on Thanksgiving/Christmas Weeks

Welcome to our family. That's how we want to make you feel when you vacation in our homes in Branson. Each home has a special part of us in it that we wish to share with your family. As our quote says on our home page, "Families are like branches that grow in different directions, yet the roots remain as one" We are a family with a foundation of Christ and pray your time in our homes reflect His beauty and His peace. We pray you will be able to stop and look at the glorious nature he sets before you each day and remember his promises to you. David, my husband & best friend is a wonderful, humble father of our children, Zachariah and Hannah. David enjoys hunting, fishing, baseball, basketball and of course a quick nap when he is able to sneak one in. He loves woodworking when he has extra time and enjoys collecting older/antique guns. My mother & best friend, who was an extremly talented & beautiful Folk-Artist, was in the B & B business for many years and also the antique business for over 50 years. So I have been blessed by her teaching, to decorate, to create a relaxing and peaceful surrounding that will just envelope you when you enter through our doors. So when you are a guest with us, you are not only seeing a piece of what I love to create for you, but also a piece of my mother's love. I, Laura, will have the pleasure speaking with you when you call. Our Family loves the Ozarks and the wonderful, gracious people who make you feel invited at anytime.
