Second floor rental includes sunny bedroom with loads of closet space, full bath, and a writing nook/interior balcony overlooking an atrium in a beautiful, architecturally-designed, modern, owner-occupied house in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Recently featured in the New York Times.

The suite is in a three bedroom modern home, all immaculate and brand new, with floor to ceiling windows, 18 ft atrium, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, living room/dining room, fireplace, central AC, wireless Internet, washer/dryer, stereo system, backyard Japanese garden, and 3rd floor terrace, all bathed in sunlight on a friendly residential street. House is shared with the owners, a psychologist and professional filmmaker.

Other features include wireless broadband Internet, a copier/printer/fax, unlimited phone use for domestic and long distance in the U.S., and selected countries in Europe. Blocks from Prospect Park and Subway and 20 minutes to Manhattan.

The neighborhood of Park Slope, Brooklyn, is a slice of real New York. Brooklyn has been referred to as "the Paris of New York" with shady trees, boutiques, shops, restaurants, and many cultural sites including The Brooklyn Art Museum, The Brooklyn Botanical Garden, and historic Greenwood Cemetery.
