House is shared with the owners, a psychologist and professional filmmaker.
Other features include wireless broadband Internet, a copier/printer/fax, unlimited phone use for domestic and long distance in the U.S., and selected countries in Europe. Blocks from Prospect Park and Subway and 20 minutes to Manhattan.
