3200 Square Ft cozy cabin. There is a big screen TV with surround sound, XM radio, TV's in the 2 master bedrooms With DVD players. Both master baths have built in steam showers. The upstairs master bath has a jetted bathtub.In floor radiant heating so you'll never feel cold. There is a large bar-b-que in the back. All kitchen appliances are top quality and kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils to accommodate more than 10 people. The views of the mountains are outstanding. The heated garage has been turned into a ski staging area with benches and plenty of hooks to hang all your ski gear on the wall so you won't have to deal with the clutter around the house. The boot dryer can dry up to 12 pairs of boots or gloves at a time. You can literally ski to the back door on the private trail off lift 12. It's 150 yard walk to sundance trail, ski to the gondola or on down to lift 10 or the chondola. Relax in the 8 person hot tub right on the back porch.The free shuttle service will take you anywhere around town.Catering is availible.We are located exactly 1 mile from Mountain village grocery store and Gondola parking.

  • Just Recently we stayed at this property and have nothing but great things to say. First of all the living space is open and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and set up perfect to be social as you prepare your meal after a great day of skiing. The location is ideal since it is ski in/ski out, but you also have access 1 mile away to the Gondola system to get you into town for dinner, and get you home easily without needing to take the long drive down to town from Mountain Village. Also the garage is very convenient for storing your cars and skis. We plan on staying here again next season since we enjpyed the property so much. Also the property owner was great during our entire rental process. He did a great job following up with us once we arrived to check if we had any questions and to make sure all was well. This is something that I have not had anybody we have rented from in the past do...Obvioiusly he takes pride in his property and wants his gueats to enjoy their experience....
