This penthouse is located on the top floor (18th floor) of this brand new first class building that was completed in March of 07. The panoramic view of the Gulf is breathtaking. When you open the front door all you see is Gulf due to the floor to ceiling glass across the whole front of the condo. Each bathroom has 2 vanity and a private water closet. The den has a High Definition flat screen TV. It has a large balcony with 2 lounge chairs and 2 rockers to view the infinite view of the horizon. We also have put together a small beach cart that has an ice chest,umbrella, and 2 beach chairs so you don't need to haul from home. It makes walking to the beach effortlessly. We have bay access so bring your boat!!!!!

We live in Metairie, La. Julianne 5, William 4, and Nicoline 13. We love to go to Gulf Shores and hangout. The kids love going to the sandbar on the back bay 1/4 west of the condo and catching minnows and hermit crabs. We love it down there and so will you. Call us for recomendations for restuarants and things to do!

Why the Owner Chose Sanibel
We like Gulf Shores because it is only a 3 hour drive for us. We like the that it is not built up. West Beach Blvd. has bike paths on both sides of the street and no traffic.Very quiet and relaxing.
The Unique Benefits of this
Top floor is very quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the rocking chairs in the morning for coffee and the evening for cocktails is our favorite. We love going 1/4 west of condo to the inlet and the back side. The kids play with hermit crabs and catch minows. We love to ride our bikes on the bike path in front of condo. We also have back bay access so we can bring our small boat to go crusing and tubing with the kids. West Beach and Sanibel have everything you need for a great vacation.
