Between Sea Shell City and Town Hall. A newly renovated home that is prime location, clean with fresh colors and decor. 2-3 minute walk to the beach and a parking permit to park directly over the dune from the beach if you prefer to drive.
4 bedrooms for privacy and plenty of sleeping room.
Bed layout- beds to sleep 12///Master bedroom- one queen/ 2nd Bedroom- 2 sets of bunkbeds(4 twin size mattresses) great for the kids/ 3rd Bedroom- one fullsize/ 4th bedroom-one fullsize/ 1 full size from pull out couch/ 2 twins from trundle bed-couch.
3 full baths plus an outside shower.
Washer/dryer and dishwasher for more convenience while on vacation.
Walk two blocks to the big beaches, or drive the kids and toys and park with a permit(owner supplied)just over the dune. Beaches have lifeguards and are very wide and quiet. Leave your toys at the beach and walk home for lunch. Return home in the afternoon for a hot shower and relax on the huge deck overlooking a beautiful canal or on the huge dock. Enjoy all the amenities of our home to relax and unwind.
The next day take your boat out from behind the house for fishing, skiing, clamming, or cruising. Within walking distance (I mean it) you have all the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and fun you will ever need, plus NO sales tax in Delaware!
This home is the place to go at the beach for a relaxing week in the sun and fun. You will feel like a million bucks when you leave, but you will not want to.
PS - bring your laptop just in case work calls; and you can get online with our FREE Wireless Internet access to check emails from family and delete the ones from the boss.

We stayed in this beautiful home from the end of April 2011 to the beginning of June 2011 and loved it! Our family had a spectacular time catching crabs in the crabpot off the dock, playing at the nearby playground, and walking to the beach every day. The location could not be better for the price. Walking distance to the boardwalk, fabulous restaurants and shops. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 plus company when we had visitors. The bedroom and bath downstairs were great for our guests. We cannot say enough great things about this property and the owners. We would definitely stay here again!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Access tothe beach was great with this location. Boat dock was great. Two odf the bathrooms were very updated. Appearance was clean. But that is where it ended. Starting with the entry door. We could not unlock door after using deadbolt, due to a temporary threshold place at bottom of doorway. We had to enter through an unlocked window. Grill did not work (someone did come to fix this problem). None of the sliders on bayside of the house would open. The one slider on the side of house that opened was extremely difficult to lock. The bed in the yellow room was a mattress on top a piece of plywood. One of the sofa beds was not usable due to large piece of furniture in front of it. Dryer would not dry clothes due to clogged vent line that goes out of the house. Television in master bedroom did not work. Air conditioning was inadequate to cool the house in the afternoons.
