Your unit is pool front and you can walk to beach in 1 1/2 minute! Our complex is a small, family oriented, 7 unit, quiet community with everything Destin has to offer within just a few miles. No elevators or stairs to contend with here. The unit is ground floor with a large rear patio. Your assigned parking space is just steps away from your front door. There is one assigned parking space for this unit (only one car allowed with short term guest parking only.) Pets are on owner's approval only and additional deposit.
