Roomy and tastefully decorated, 2 bedroom 2 bath one level patio home. Over 1000 square feet,fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your beach vacation. Vaulted ceiling in living room, brand new sofa with queen sleeper. Both bedrooms are nicely sized with queen sized beds. The rear patio is great for breakfast or grilling out!

Your unit is pool front and you can walk to beach in 1 1/2 minute! Our complex is a small, family oriented, 7 unit, quiet community with everything Destin has to offer within just a few miles. No elevators or stairs to contend with here. The unit is ground floor with a large rear patio. Your assigned parking space is just steps away from your front door. There is one assigned parking space for this unit (only one car allowed with short term guest parking only.) Pets are on owner's approval only and additional deposit. Our complex is perfect for couples,families and snowbirds!!! Offering discounts and free nights for certin bookings! Please click the links to see additional photos and close proximity to the beach. Reservation/security deposit is refunded within 3 days of check out with no damages and abiding by rental agreement and association rules. (Hot Tub for winter retals only. NOT in use/heated during summer- special arrangements may be made. Due to regulations regarding sanitation, drainage and cleaning fees, additional fees to guest will apply.)

Cancellation policy is 60 days before arrival, otherwise loss of reservation/security deposit.
