Our professionally redecorated Treeloft Villa is located on beautiful, private Seabrook Island just outside historic Charleston, South Carolina. Our unit is situated with views of the 16th hole of the Oceans Winds golf course to the southwest, and views of almost a mile down the marsh towards North Beach to the northeast.
Our villa has just undergone a complete renovation with a new granite kitchen, separate granite wetbar, ceramic tiled floors in the living room, dining area and kitchen, new windows and completely re-decorated baths. Our unit sleeps 6 with a queen master bedroom suite with private bath and deck. The second bedroom has a king size bed and adjoining bath and there is a sleeping loft with twin beds. Our villa is completely equipped with central air, ceiling fans in all rooms, all appliances, kitchenware, towels and linens as well as cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room TV has a DVD/ VCR player and stereo. Your rental will be managed by a property management service located just off the Island which will handle check in and check out, housekeeping and any other property situations which may arise.
Seabrook Island is a completely private island with over 3½ miles of uncrowded beaches. In addition to our unspoiled beach areas,the island has an abundance of wildlife, from both land and sea ( our two golf courses have been designated certified Audubon Golf Sanctuaries since 1996). . You will want to look for dolphins, pelicans and loggerhead turtles at the beach, and deer, fox and the occasional bobcat farther inland. The Seabrook Island Club is located right on the Island which offers: 36 holes of championship golf on our Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks courses; driving range; Tennis Center with Har-Tru clay courts; a full equestrian center which offers the only place in the Charleston area where you can ride on the beach. The Beach Club is located right on the Atlantic Ocean and contains several pools, an oceanside outdoor bar and restaurant and fitness center with bike rentals.In season the Club offers programs for kids and teens during the day as well as outdoor movies several nights a week. The Club's facilities are available to our tenants for an access fee of $25 per day or $125 per week which covers all occupants of the house.
Immediately off the Island is Bohicket’s Marina which provides boat rentals, evening cruises, fishing charters and a variety of stores, pubs and restaurants . Also nearby is Freshfields Village with dining options, shops and Newton’s gourmet supermarket. Kiawah Island is two miles from the Seabrook gate and offers five additional public golf courses ( including the internationally renowned Ocean Course) and additional dining and shopping options.
The historic city of Charleston is a scenic ½ hour drive from Seabrook. Charleston is one of the oldest and most historic cities in America founded in the mid 1600’s. It offers museums, carriage tours, the historic Market area, Patriots Park ( which includes the aircraft carrier Yorktown), the Aquarium and fine dining as well as other cultural attractions. |
