This 654 square foot condo is located in the heart of NE Portland. Just steps from shopping and dining on Broadway and a short stroll to Lloyd Center mall + free transit (8-10 blocks) make this an ideal location to explore Portland. This home is located close to both I-5 and I-84 freeways, and is only a 15 minute drive from PDX. Also included is one free parking space, with additional street parking available.

This condominium has recently been remodelled (2006) and the owners, are available to assist in all matters, including dining and entertainment options. This unit is unique in that it only shares one common wall. There is free wi-fi internet in the unit and there are many hot spots around Portland.

The master bedroom has a pillow top Queen size bed and the guest room has 2 twin beds with memory foam toppers to sleep a total of 4 in beds. Iron/ironing board, steam machine and washer/dryer keep business travelers looking great. For entertainment, the living room includes a projector and 100 inch screen connected to a home theater system that perfect for movies! In addition, there is a flat panel TV with cable. The surround sound encompasses the living/dining/kitchen areas which is perfect while preparing or eating a meal. Kitchen is equipped with service for four and the rental has a dining table with seating for four.

Additional amenities include super soft bamboo sheets and Egyptian cotton towels. We also include a welcome packet with lots of local information.

How close are you to:
The Convention Center? About 15 blocks
Lloyd Center? About 8 blocks
Downtown? A 7 min drive by car, 15 min ride by bus, a $7-$10 taxi fare
Public transportation? 1 block to the bus, 9 blocks to the train
The Airport? A 15 minute drive by car or a 30 min ride by train (plus 9 blocks walking)

Are your rates flexible?
Generally no. However, last minute discounts may be available.

How many people can your condo accomodate?
We accept bookings for groups no larger than 5 people, with no more than 4 adults.

What is your minimum stay?
Unlike many condo rentals, we offer nightly to 30+ day rentals in our property depending upon avaiability.

What kind of parking do you have?
We have one off-street assigned parking space in a lot (uncovered). Additional free parking is available in the neighborhood, however, not all streets have parking and some parking is metered.

What type of security fee do you require?
We hold your credit card information to cover damages or excessive cleaning that may arise during your stay. Our contract requires that you authorize us to do so.

What type of deposit do you require?
We require half of your total rent to hold your reservation. The other half is due 7 days before arrival. For stays of 3 nights or less, full payment is required at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with 30+ days notice have a $25 cancellation penalty. Cancellations 8-30 days in advance have a penalty equal to one night's rent. Cancellations within 7 days of your stay are billed for the full rental amount. Are there cleaning fees or taxes on top of your rates?
No. Our fees are inclusive of cleaning and taxes (another reason why we're such a good value!).

Is there maid service?
No. However, we provide plenty of cleaning supplies to allow you to clean up after yourself.

How safe is the neighborhood?
Portland in general is a very safe city, and our neighborhood is no exception. Of course, we advise you to use the same caution as you would anywhere and we ask that you close all windows and lock the door each time you leave the condo.

How does check-in/check-out work?
Our condo is equiped with a numeric keypad deadbolt. Shortly before you arrive for your stay, we will provide you with an entry code. This means - no waiting for us to arrive to check in, no worry of loosing keys, and a unique code just for you to ensure that no one else has access to the unit! Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. Occassionally we can accept late check in/early check out if arranged in advance.

What if there's a problem or we need help?
The condo is maintained by its owners, not a property management company. We live nearby and are available to assist in most matters. In addition, we are on the HOA board for the condominiums, so noise complaints, property issues, parking issues, etc. can be addressed very quickly. If there is a problem, we want to know about it!

What is your pet policy?
We allow one well trained pet in the unit. There is a pet fee of $100 to cover the cost of extra cleaning associated with a pet being on site. The pet fee does not cover any damages that the pet may cause - damages will be charged separately. There are plenty of parks and areas to walk dogs in the neighborhood, but bring baggies to clean up after your pooch.
