The main floor has a spacious air conditioned living room with sliding glass doors that lead to a terraza that circles the outside of the main level of the house. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room that seats six, two comfortable bedrooms with individual air conditioning units.The Master Suite includes a Kingsize Bed, Wet Bar, Spacious bathroom with an ocean view from shower, A/C, Private Balcony and spiral staircase leading to the Cocktail Deck for spectacular sunsets and Wildlife viewing.
The outdoor living area includes a pool with Jacuzzi and swim-up bar (four bar stools and a bench inside the pool). The pool is partially covered by the Rancho that totally covers a full kitchen including two sinks, two burner cook top and large charcoal bbq. The Rancho also includes a full bath.
Additionally there is a one bedroom apartment downstairs with a separate entrance. It includes a double bed, full bath, kitchenette and a futon that sleeps two in the living room. The apartment also has an ocean view and can be rented for $700 wk/$125 per night 3 night min.
Maid service is included.
