Great atmosphere. New, 1300 square foot, fully furnished condo. Mile marker 11, Sunrise Beach. Everything is close by land or water. Wonderful dining, shopping, golf... Convenience store in walking distance.
1st floor unit with very few steps to parking lot, pool, boat dock. Elevator is available.
All three bedrooms have queen beds and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. All the furniture is new and the condo will be ready for your arrival. The deck also adds another room to the condo and it's fully furnished. Condo faces the East so your mornings are bright and you are cooled off by dinner.

Nice roomy condo with anything needed for your enjoyment. I try to be in this unit 2 to 3 times a year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Our family has enjoyed Lake of the Ozarks for over 40 years. We finally decided in 2007 that we obviously were going to continue with our family tradition so we purchased a unit at Westside Bay.
Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach:
We love Sunrise Beach for many reasons. One, it is fairly quiet. Two, it is centrally located by land and water. Three, Westside Bay has 48 units. We like to know our neighbors and that size of a complex gives us the opportunity to do so.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We are walking distance to the Shawnee Bend Access. It is a new docking facility so if you bring your boat you don't have to drive miles to find access. We are walking distance to a convenience store and a restaurant that has entertainment and excellent food. Our building is handicap accessible. Bikini Pier is 50 yards away. There you can rent boats and jet skis and they sell fuel.
