COMPLETELY REMODELED-(unit # P25 1-2)OUR CONDO WAS REMODELED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM JUST A SHORT TIME AGO. WE HIRED A PROFESSIONAL INTERIOR DECORATOR AND EVERY SINGLE THING, INCLUDING ALL FURNITURE, BEDS, FLOORING, APPLIANCES ETC., ARE ALL BRAND NEW. IT TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY AND PROVIDES A ONE OF A KIND EXPERIENCE IN THE KAPALUA VILLAS. AS YOU WILL SEE IN THE GUEST COMMENTS AND TRAVELERS REVIEWS, MANY FOLKS HAVE REMARKED THAT THE VRBO PICTURES JUST DO NOT DO OUR HOME JUSTICE!! WE HAVE ALSO FOUND THAT MOST OF OUR GUESTS HAVE REMARKED THAT HAVING THE POOL RIGHT UP THE STAIRS IS A HUGE PLUS. DESPITE IT'S CLOSE PROXIMITY, IT IS RARLEY USED THEREFORE IT REMAINS EXTREMELY QUIET.

This beautiful 2 bedroom condo is my mom's home away from home for just a month or so each year. The kitchen has all the amenities to provide for a home cooked meal. Staple items such as spices are also available for your use. Two large bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably (California King in Master and Queen in second bedroom) or 6 with the use of fold out hide-a-bed. Each bedroom has its own private bath and shower. All linens are included. The living room, dining room and guest bedroom open directly to a lanai overlooking the 11th tee with spectacular views of the ocean, Molokai and Lanai islands. The lanai room is the perfect place to sit, relax, drink your morning coffee or your late day cocktail and watch the gorgeous sunsets.
The condo is located in the prestigious Kapalua Golf Villas in beautiful Maui. Recreational opportunities at the Villas include, tennis, four swimming pools and two spectacular 18 hole golf courses. Outside of the Villas, you are just a short distance(about a 10 minute walk) from 3 of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii: Kapalua Bay noted as “America’s Best Beach” by National Geographic with amazing snorkeling opportunities, D T. Fleming beach (a good place for a picnic or just relaxing) and Oneloa Bay, a very large but sparsely populated beach.
Maui offers many other spectacular outdoor activities such as whale watching, helicopter rides, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, scuba diving, wind surfing, mountain biking and hiking. Your vacation can be both relaxing and fun filled at the same…the possibilities are endless.

Why the Owner Chose Kapalua Golf Villas
The Kapalua Villas is well known both for it's exquisit golf courses as well as it's ideal Maui location. Located on the "peaceful" side of the island, the Kapalua Villas has everything we could want in a vacation home....beautiful, serene beaches that offer AMAZING snorkeling opportunities as well as the best golf experiences anywhere. This side of the island also offers some of the best surfing, windsurfing and hiking opportunities around. What we like the best, is that it offers all this without that "tourist" feeling. It really is a dream come true to own a little piece of paradise in the Kapalua Villas.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There is SO much to do at the Kapalua Villas. Our property is conveiniently located within a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Our deck looks over the 11th tee with views of the ocean and the island of Lanai in the distance. The shopping is great and the resturants are remarkable!! However, we often enjoy making our own home cooked meals in our complete and newly remodeled kitchen. You can do as much or as little as you want...and be perfectly satisfied either way.

Growing up in California, I quickly grew fond of the ocean and nice weather....while Mom grew fond of everything, and I mean everything, GOLF related! So when she purchased the condo in the Kapalua Golf Villas...our whole family was thrilled. It is such a peaceful and beautiful place to call our "home away home". We feel very lucky to be able to share our little piece paradise with our VRBO guests. Since this is our only property, and much like our second home, we treat it more as a guest house and less as a business. We like to get to know our guests personally, often exchanging pictures and Kapalua experiences and stories with them. It is our hope that we will create an extended family, of sorts, with a few guests that would like to return year after year. Of course, we equally welcome folks that may only plan on going once to Maui...but we hope to create a friendship with them as well.

Loved this place! Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, etc. Beach chairs & some beach toys were a great bonus! Owner was very easy to deal with... Very cool. Wifi was very dependable-fast connection. Master bathroom was definitely one of our favorite rooms. All the comforts of home and then some.... Our family of 5 (3 boys ages 9-14) had a great time and was very comfortable. There are several great beaches within 3-5 minutes drive of here. Would definitely love to come stay at this place again. Thank you!!!!

This updated, clean, and comfortable villa helped our family enjoy all the aspects of an ideal Hawaii getaway. The modern appliances, electronics, furniture, bedding and decor made it feel like waking up in our own house and allowed us to come in at any time to sit and relax feeling totally comfortable. Very happy with our stay!

My wife and I were struggling to adapt our beloved Maui vacations to fit our new family life reality. With two little kids under the age of 4, we really weren't sure what compromises we'd have to make in order to still enjoy the island the way we had before children. After considerable research we discovered property 137509. To be more accurate, we found owners Deanna Dawn and her mother Dee. Deanna was amazingly helpful. Although the VRBO pictures of their property caught our eye, it was the interaction with Deanna that truly sold us. By the time we were ready to jump on the plane, the quality of the accomodations was the farthest from our minds. I could be cliche and say that words just couldn't describe the condo. Instead, I will simply say that it was home away from home (if your home happens to be the most luxurious condo ever designed and built on earth). From the second we walked through the main door (there is secondary access to the second bedroom area, perfect for when we come back with one set of our parents in the future), we felt at home. The kitchen is a chef's dream. The bedrooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The double shower in the master bedroom left me speachless. It was a toss up every morning whether we wanted to spend the day in the shower, go to our private pool (only shared it once with another group in 10 days), or walk down to the picture perfect beach. My three year old daughter was very impressed with her own private shower, view of the ocean and golf course, and TV in her huge private bedroom. My 9 month old son didn't say much about the view, but he did seem impressed with the high chair and crib we rented from a local service provider. I could go on and on about our stay at Deanna and Dee's magnificent property, but I truly believe you should see it for yourself. It is a perfect place to stay if you have kids, are travelling with another couple, or just want a little extra space for a relaxing romantic vacation. The golf courses are amazing with little or no tee box waits. The location feels completely remote, but you are not more than 10 minutes away from any amentities you need. It is truly a home away from home. We will come back, and recommend the property to everyone we know. Thank you Deanna and Dee!

I stayed with my son, daughter-in-law, and little grandson from Sept. 30 to Oct. 8, 2010. My daughter-in-law told me she had booked a condo that she thought would fit our needs nicely. Wow....this was way more than I ever expected. It's more beautiful than the pictures represent and it is stocked with everything imaginable. The separation of the 2 bdms/baths made it a very nice arrangement for us. The pool right next door was so convenient for me to take my little grandson to. I absolutely loved the area and especially Honolu Bay where the snorkeling was the best I have ever had anywhere! You will love to spend your vacation in this special place!

Amazing Place in Kapalua

We absolutely adored everything about this condo. We are a family of five and visited when our children were ages 4, 6 and 8. The condo was very comfortable and nicely appointed with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were separated perfectly so the children could sleep quietly while the adults were still up and about. It has a great small pool just steps away from the home which was perfect for the kids after we returned from the beach, but we also used the free shuttle service to the pool at the Four Seasons and a few of the local beaches so we didn't have to use our car every day. We cooked out at the grill at the pool a few times which was fun, although it was a bit buggy with the food. We played at the free 18 hole putting green at the course with the kids which was a great activity. We had one problem with the air conditioning, but the owner was very responsive and it was quickly fixed. Our favorite beach was Napili which was right next to one of the beaches that the shuttle went to, so we could drive or shuttle. This beach is great for kids with gentle waves and snorkeling. I would stay at this place again in an instant and highly recommend it. It was fantastic!
