This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms (all bathrooms newly renovated). This sunny, comfortable home offers plenty of room for family and friends to spread out.

There is a traditional library with a beautiful rock collection and a sitting room next to it. The new living room has beautiful vaulted ceilings and windows that look out into the awesome garden like back yard with great views to Mt. Massive and Mt. Elbert, two of North Americas highest peaks!
