Nearly new luxury condominium directly on a beautiful beach in Hallandale, Florida. Hallandale is halfway between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. It's minutes from Hollywood and the Hollywood Boardwalk. Hollywood is a charming and interesting town loaded with restaurants. The Boardwalk is an older, charming boardwalk, also packed with restaurants and located on a large beautiful beach. The area has world-class shopping (Aventura mall, Bal Harbor, Sawgrass). Exciting South Beach is not far away. And if you like the outdoors, it's not far from The Everglades and other great parks and outdoor activities.
The condominium is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom split design located on the 3rd floor. The condominium is fully tiled. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the second bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a larger washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is upscale, with Poggen Pohl cabinetry, granite counters, a ceramic top range, and a large double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. The bathrooms have marble vanities. The master bathroom has a tiled stall shower and the second bathroom has a large bathtub and shower. Living room has a Sony 40" T.V.
There is a nice view of the ocean from the terrace, and you can actually hear people on the beach. The condominium is fully furnished, including everything you need in the kitchen. Furnishings include custom made leather sleeper-sofa and matching loveseat, leather recliner, DVD, VCR, and a new Sony high quality (XBR) 40" TV in the living room. Both bedrooms also have small televisions.
