The house was just as advertised in the listing and the pictures. Our family really enjoyed the views and the location of this property. Highly recommend. In addition, owners are easy to do business with!

We rented the house over the 4th of July weekend when we were in town for a wedding. The views were amazing. We were able to watch fireworks for the entire city! The house is in a great location with a large grocery store just down the hill. The house comes appointed with anything you need to cook, grill, relax on the porch and enjoy Boise. We come from a large city, but it felt like we could get anywhere in Boise from the house in 15 min which was great given the chaos of the wedding. The owners were great to deal with and very helpful. If you like Clint Eastwood, which we do, you will love the movie selection! Thanks Craig and Ben for sharing your wonderful home.

A quick update from the family that rented the house over the 4th of July weekend. While there, I lost my pocket knife which was a gift from a dear friend. Craig the owner emailed me nearly 4 months later to inform me that he found my knife and offered to mail it back to me! Just thought you might want to know how great the owners of this property are to their renters.

We rented the property for our family of 6 adults and one child to attend our son's wedding. The house was spacious and location is beautiful, with a commanding view of the city, accurate to the photo and description. The entire development is made up of similar homes. We were met by the owners on arrival who were most gracious and reviewed everything with us. Everything we needed was provided and house was spotless. It is about a 15 minute ride to center city, so it is best to have a car. The location is private and very relaxing. We found downtown Boise very charming with lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend this house if you plan to be in Boise.

A few days ago we returned from a week in this spectacular house. A group of longtime friends has gotten together in September for almost twenty years, renting a variety of houses all over the Northwest. It is often a challenge to find space for eight of us. This lovely house accommodated eight of us, with space to spare. The owner provided everything possible to enhance our stay, and was available to provide extra help if needed. We rested comfortably, entertained on the terrace, and left with memories of a deer looking in the window, countless quail crossing the grass, and the breathtaking view of the valley below. We feel so lucky to have found this place!

The home was as beautiful as the pictures. The view of Boise and the surrounding areas was amazing. There were even hot air balloons over the city a couple of mornings, that was spectacular. We rented the house for 8 days to attend my daughters wedding at a local Country Club. Plenty of room (and bathrooms) to get ready for the big day. Craig was wonderful to deal with. Stying at a hotel would have made this already stressful week a nightmare. The best decision we could have made. I would totally recommend this home it was wonderful.

The home was exactly as described and Craig was very helpful. The home was very comfy for the nine adults and we enjoyed a week of attractions and the great sunsets. It was close to shopping, rafting out of Banks, we'd recommend the Boise float trip from Barber Park, and wandering the downtown area.

We stayed here while getting our daughter set up for her freshman year at BSU. The photos can't really convey what a stunning setting it has. It feels like the Hollywood Hills in California, at a fraction of the price. The back terrace, kitchen and living room are all perfectly oriented to catch every hue of the sunset. Our only regret is that we didn't do as much as we'd like around town because we hung out and gawked at the view too much.

This home is a great place to stay. The driveway is large and the boys rode bikes each day. We cooked all of our meals at the house and found the kitchen stocked with cooking supplies/utensils. Very spacious and we looked forward to the sun setting each day so we could watch Boise light up each night. We would recommend staying here!

I travel between Australia and Idaho and found this property to be the perfect match while I'm staying in Boise. The owners were a pleasure to work with, and the house is fabulous. Can't wait to come back to Idaho.

My family and I rented this property and we had a wonderful time. I could not believe the home we got for the price. It is a great deal. Waking up every morning and looking at the view was amazing. It was a nice change from Sun Valley. We will be renting this property again!
