Why the Owner Chose Waverly Park
The South end of Palm Springs is the best location in the city as it is close to the mountains and is less windy. After previewing multiple complex's in the area we found that Waverly Park is so well maintained compared to a lot of the others. The grounds are gorgegous and it truly shows pride when one enters through the front gates. The location is very quiet even though it is convienent to all that the city has to offer.
