Why the Owner Chose Waverly Park
The South end of Palm Springs is the best location in the city as it is close to the mountains and is less windy. After previewing multiple complex's in the area we found that Waverly Park is so well maintained compared to a lot of the others. The grounds are gorgeous and it truly shows pride when one enters through the front gates. The location is very quiet even though it is convienent to all that the city has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The major benefit for this location is that it has easy access to the airport, the Village of Palm Springs which is a short drive of about ten minutes and the other towns of Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert where El Paseo is located are also just a short drive. The private walled patio is a bonus as you see none of the neighbors when you are lounging about. Basically, the whole feeling that we expierence when we arrive is a sense of nirvana.

I had stayed in Waverley Park previously but found this home to be WAY more comfortable than the other units we had rented. Clean,quiet,close to everything and great pools to swim away to your hearts content. Mind you...I cannot swim...:>)...but loved the whole suntanning thing and the shallow end was wonderful:>). Helpful and courteous landlords/owners. Can hardly wait to get back. What's that? Of yeah...have to wait until next year. Darn!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+.

Have just arrived home from another wonderful stay at this beautiful condo and am already looking forward to my next visit. I always have such a sense of peace when I walk in - the pictures don't do it justice - the designer achieved an understated elegance while making sure it was comfortable and cozy. There is an organic feel to the many details, including the glass topped dining and entry tables supported by greal gnarled tree trunks. The security of the beautifully maintained gated community is priceless and the two-car attached garage make it sooo easy to unload your luggage and groceries. The walled patio is absolutely private and the lit desert plantings add to the ambiance. The gas grill and lovely furniture are a real plus! Have a cool morning or evening? - no problem, the fireplace in the living room does the trick! The comfy master bedroom club chair is the perfect place to put your feet up and read a book, and your guests will love the in-suite 2nd bathroom. Just plug in your laptop and let WIFI do the rest, or relax and veg out in front of the flat screen T.V. The pool and hot tubs are delightful and a great place to relax and soak up the sun. This truly IS paradise. There is a grocery store, strip mall within walking distance and a golf club next door. This condo is located in the preferred South end of Palm Springs and just a short distance to the downtown area, and airport.
