Palm Desert Resort on Country Club Drive is a pristine resort, offering Golf, Tennis (lighted Courts), Racquetball, 18 swimming pools, lakes and a large Clubhouse with 'breath taking' uninterupted views of the Mountains and Sunsets from the Terrace.
Our property is in a delightful quiet/tranquil location on a green belt just off the golf course, including swimming pool,spa, extended patio with Desert Garden and beautiful Southerly views of the Mountains and provides many fine features:
Tasteful 'Interior Designing' with modern furnishings,Italian floor tiling in living areas – soft carpeting in bedrooms,bright and cheerful décor throughout with high ceilings.
Bright and welcoming Entrance Hall leads to: tastefully furnished living room, two large bedrooms, (each with remotely controlled ceiling fans) two bathrooms, sky lights and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and access to double garage.
For your convenience we also provide High Speed Broadband WiFi Internet accessible in every room.
The Kitchen comprises: refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All appliances were purchased recently. The fully equipped cupboards/drawers are well stocked providing your everyday needs. There is also a convenient Breakfast Bar. For your Safety, we also provide a Fire Extinguisher and First Aid kit.
Each Bedroom is 'Color Coordinated' featuring a California King size bed with 'pillow top/deep pocket' mattresses, and upgraded luxury bedding. Each person will be provided with their own 'BRAND NEW PERSONAL PILLOW.' There are chests of drawers with coordinating bedside tables and chair, LCD TV, decorator lighting fixtures, and a large very spacious walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have 'Plantation Shutters' with sliding patio doors opening to the South facing Patio.
The private bathrooms lead off the bedrooms and are also attractively Designer Color Coordinated with spacious showers and Quality Towels. Large Pool Towels are also provided.
The Living Room is very bright and cheerful having 'Hunter Douglas Sky-Line' blinds to the sliding door opening to the patio and South facing views. A '42in Plasma Television', DVD player and CD player Home Theater System are provided for your pleasure together with the latest design in dining table and chairs, coordinating coffee/end tables, designer mirrors and a comfortable couch and reclining chairs. There are various pieces of genuine art work appropriately placed to complete the ambiance of this room.
The Tiled Patio has been extended and appropriately furnished, including (but not limited to), 2 Chaise Loungers with comfort covers, Table and comfort cover chairs, two large umbrellas and a Gas Barbeque. The Laundry room has 'Whirlpool' washer and dryer appliances. The Double Garage has an automatic door and a rear door to the trash area. We also provide a Second Refrigerator Freezer in here which is particularly useful for long-term Renters.

We are 'The Cawthornes' Gail & Ian, and since we live within an hour of our
desert home, we always meet and greet visitors personally upon their arrival and
familiarize them with the amenities we offer and tips on the desert area.
Since we do not use a Representing Agent our visitors have the advantage of being directly accessible to us should the need arise.
We take pride in our property and offer all the comforts of home and are also proud to say that we are fortunate in having had the majority of our renters 'returning' during our 10 years of ownership.
We are both still 'working folk' Gail having an Interior Design business and Ian in Sales.
